Maybe I remembered this being a better meal, but today I was really disappointed to find that my tofu was weirdly… Fishy tasting? I eat meat, but prefer not to, and the experience literally left a bad taste in my mouth today. If you’re veg/vegan, know that there’s apparently a cross contamination issue with food prep or cooking practices here. It almost tasted like it’d been smoked with some salmon or something. Definitely a weird, subpar lunch experience.

Not even half baked, raw pizza. Somehow the toppings were cooked and the dough was raw. I use to love this place, but this is disgusting. Even after putting it in the oven, it was unbearable. I am pregnant and cannot eat raw dough (not that a restaurant charging so much for pizza should be giving this to anyone) this is beyond disgusting. There was flour covering the pizzas, and the pizzas didn’t even have the correct toppings. I have contacted corporate as by the time we were able to get home and finally sit down, the restaurant was closed; they still have yet to contact me. I will have to dispute this charge as I shouldn’t have to pay $35 plus a tip for two raw pizzas that cause food poisoning.

The last few times I’ve order from here have been a complete disappointment. I don’t know who they have working back there but they do not care at all about the quality of food they send out. Everytime I get a pizza from them is made sloppy and comes cold. The last time I got a pizza from them it had hole in it! How does someone look at a pizza with a hole in it and think it’s okay to send out??? And the pizzas are not cheap either. For what I’m paying I definitely don’t expect it to be cold and have a hole in it. The next time I ordered from them I got a sandwich that looked like it had been put together by a 5 year old. Whoever is making the food there needs more training or better supervision because the quality of the food does not match the price you are paying.

I wish this place was as good as it used to be! I used to not mind the prices since the food was high quality and the portion sizes were on par. The last 2 times coming here the food quality as well as portion sizes have been really disappointing. Tough meats, pathetic servings of veggies, even the rice that comes standard with their protein bowls has all but disappeared. This place is cute inside but always impossible to find a bussed table and I always see customers having to clean their own tables. Staff can be impatient and unhelpful for customers who need more time/ help with the menu. Such a shame since I used to love coming here! I probably will not return after 2 negative experiences.

Overall we always have a great experience. They had some new menu items that weren’t labeled well and we got several wrong items. The food is always fresh, delicious and creative. I absolutely love their iced tea varieties which change seasonally. Right now they have blood orange and with just a splash of their blood orange lemonade it’s such a treat.

Would give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars had the plate been a size bigger. Salad, sweet potato, grains were overlapping the entre. Pomegranate/green tea bottle yielded but twelve tasty ounces, and the salmon was a bit dry but a perfect portion. I do recommend people dine there for lunch since mine was for a door dash dinner delivery. Breakfast was early for me today! Next time we’ll go at dinner time indoors!

Out of curiosity, we stopped by for the grand opening! While it was busy, we got through the line very quickly and our food arrived in a timely manner. We ordered a large array of dishes and they all were delicious. My favorite dish was the bahn mi. I’ve had a lot of bahn mis in my life but this hands down may have been the best one I’ve ever had. I felt for the quality of food, service, and the clean environment that it was totally with the trip. We’ll definitely be back sooner than later!
