My husband and I stopped in about an hour before closing. We ordered and the staff was amazing. They were all very polite and checked on us while we ate. The restaurant was VERY clean and we noticed. Our food came out quickly and it was great. We definitely “Rang the bell” for a great experience!

Ordered a 5 pc chicken tenders and all of them were like this or worse. I don’t even know how it gets to that point. Whether left out too long or freezer burned but this is unacceptable.

Drive thrus now seem to be so hit or miss, and after a very long and bad day, this Arby’s checked every box for a good trip. My order had modifications, and I never felt like the guy taking my order was annoyed or irritated. He even joked around, which instantly lightened my mood. He was helpful and asked questions if what I said wasn’t clear. I’m not sure if the guy at the window was the same one taking my order or not but I was also met with kindness there. He was helpful and cheery! It was clear that the people who were working drive thru tonight are very personable and a great face for the company! I wish I had gotten their names but they deserve recognition.

I wanted to give a shout out to Jessica the manager. My crew from A1 Concrete Leveling was fixing sidewalks by lifting them up the last few days around this building and she was really nice to our crew and helped get them a source of water to keep things clean so they could fix the trip hazards people could have fallen and got hurt on.
