The first time we ordered from here we only got half of our order…so we just gave them a second chance…and only got half of our order again *and* the half we got was completely wrong. I guess they just throw random food in a bag and call it a day? Wish zero stars was an option because that’s more than they deserve.

This is not my “usual” location. I have been to this location several times in the past with mixed results. Today, I ordered using the mobile app and was very pleased to get my food quickly once I got there. However, when I got back to work with my food, I discovered that there were no napkins or hot sauce in the bag. I paid an up-charge to substitute nacho chips and cheese with my combo. However, there were no chips-only cheese. Not sure I’ll be back again.

This is my favorite taco bell in the area. We drive purposely out of our way to avoid the taco bell in Hazel Park and the one on Woodward. Our orders are always ready on time and taste so much better than the other stores. Do yourself a favor and order here. 10/10

Usually, but not always, when I order a burrito and the twelve pack of taco’s, (which I received a surcharge for because I wanted half of the tacos to be soft), I don’t receive the burrito, and then have to go drive back for the burrito that wasn’t there, but was still charged for. When at the drive-thru, and I’m asked what type of sauce I would like, I only get what they decide to give me, and not what I had asked for, unless I ask them at the window for the correct condiments. As for the food, same typical fast food temperature, which means room temperature, not actually hot. The reason why I didn’t give less stars is because they can handle a long line somewhat decently.

They have staffing issues. My latest issue at this location was using the app for pick up. A 45 dollar order was missing about 10 dollars of food. Only 1 person making food. I didn’t check the order as there were 13-15 people all agitated waiting for food.

Food is as expected at Taco Bell, but unfortunately we’ve had vastly inconsistent experiences with the amount of fillings in our burritos, which I feel like should be standardized at a chain. Forget about trying breakfast. The staff wasn’t able to get my order out for over 20 minutes. We were the first customer of the day and were treated like we were more of a burden than anything.

I was picking up a delivery order around 10:30. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged at drive through speaker and just got attitude. After waiting another 5 minutes I unassigned the delivery and left.
