WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I walked in with my fiancé and waiting 10 min for someone to take our order so I let him know what I wanted and went to the bathroom. They had hand sanitizer in the soap machine while the place looked like it’s never been cleaned. Came out and he still hadn’t been helped. Finally someone walked up and decided to take our order but didn’t bother to look up at us. Took a whole 15 min later of saying our order multiple times while they continue to ask us the same question over and over. I could barely understand the guy and he kept asking the girl on break what everything meant on the screen. He kept saying I hate taking orders I hate doing this and asking for the girls on break to do it for him. They were out of lettuce and chicken!! Do your inventory and you won’t ever run out of food. Took longer than 30 mins to get three items off the menu. Oddly we got our food first when three people were ahead of us…rumor had it they’re still waiting.

The store was dirty! Walls and floors are dirty. Water was puddled on the floor outside the restroom. Pipes u der the sink in restroom pours water when used. Chicken was tough and dry.

Sickening, I often enjoy my time within a taco bell however it was not the case for the joint Taco Bell KFC fried chicken restaurant. It took quite a while for my food to arrive I kept thinking they were calling for me and when I got up to check if my order was ready I was heckled by the employees and customers, UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only was the bathroom lacking in the toilet paper department, I had to resort to undesirable methods to clean myself of which I do not wish to delve into. When I ate my phone, sorry, food it was good and filled me up for a really good price. I recommend this taco bell KFC fried chicken joint restaurant for anyone desperate for a cheap meal on the road.

Good customer service. This is a combination Taco Bell/KFC. I paid $8 for a 2 piece chicken meal. The chicken was old under the heat lamps too long. When I raised the chicken up to take a bite the crust was sagging. When I took a bite the crust fell off. My lunch break is 30 minutes so I ate this soggy, sorry chicken and got back to work with one minute to spare. Will continue taking my lunch to work in the future.

All black young staff and that explains why this place is as it is and I’m a black woman. Stood in there 5 mins, the only customer in the store and no one in drive thru and 7 + people working and not one person acknowledged me they stood there talking and looking like who gone take her order because I’m not and they didn’t. Left out the store called back in there for a manager or corporate number bc of course I’m thinking a manager couldn’t be there and guess what ? Manager answers phone name Tirah….Wow !!!! This is the worst I have ever seen but Im assuming Mississippi allows this behavior. This place should be shut down !!!! Kind of glad I didn’t get service bc they may have spit in it bc they had to actually work….

Took 18 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. I watched them drop our food on the floor and still put it in the bag. It was in the wrapper, so we still excepted it, mostly because we were sick of waiting. The only bright spot was the person who took our order was very nice and did keep us informed, with the exception of the dropped food. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but you should know what to expect.

Absolutely the worst eating experience of my life. Staff was very rude and unapologetic. Bathroom smelled like a cow barn. We had a group of 7 people and only 2 got there order correct. Then once we did get our food I had unidentified black spots in my nacho cheese. And when we brought all this up to the staff they all laughed at us. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Every time I visit this location for the last 5 years, it takes over 15 mins to simply order even with no one in line in front of me. The workers look at me come in and simply ignore us until finally someone from in the back happens to come forward. No one calls anyone over to wait on us, but chose to glance at us periodically while they work on drive through. The workers are friendly, but not fast. The food is average, sometimes done perfectly and other times wrong. Don’t bother coming to drive through in the rain either as there is no awning and you will be soaked. It is a convenient stop on my travels, but it actually eats up more time than driving off my route to a faster and more caring location.
