Had an issue with the app. It wouldn’t let me order. Then an hour later (after already buying lunch in person) the app charged me. No big deal I thought and reached out to customer service. I was told the location would issue a refund to me. Two weeks later, nothing. No refund, no emails, nothing. They essentially stole 10 bucks of my money and DGAF about giving it back. Horrible customer service. I will no longer be supporting McDonald’s in any capacity. Thanks for the horrible service!
