Every time you ask for a grilled chicken sandwich they tell you they “don’t have any” which they do, they just don’t tell you the chicken is frozen. We asked them to cook it and that we don’t mind waiting the 10 minutes they said it would take to cook. We ended up waiting 25 minutes and the sandwich wasn’t even hot.

So i pull up to the drive through and the guy says ….what can i get you…. not in a costumer service tone…This is pathetic..I went on my lunch break to get a 3 piece chicken tender. This is what I got… chicken nuggets…SMH.

We went through the drive-thru at 10:40pm on July 8th. Ordered 2 chicken Supreme meals and paid $22 and some change for it. The sweet tea was almost like a syrup, the fries were cold and hard, the biscuit was hard, and so were the chicken Supreme strips. The strips were so hard and dried out that they wouldn’t even bend. All the food went into the trash can. They closed at 11pm, so we couldn’t take the food back to show them how horrible it was.

6:45 pm Saturday afternoon. Out of Cajun pintos, out of rice, no Mac and cheese. Took 20 minutes to get my food in the drive through and I was the first person in line. They told me the people who make the sides were off today. This is the last time I’ll come to the old Leland location. Although it is 5 minutes from my house, i will go to the new location on 74 and hwy 87 12 miles away. Maybe I’ll just go to kfc across the street. Too early in the day to tell people you are out of sides.

Haven’t been here in months as the last few times they never had supremes or were out of something in one case they didn’t have biscuits for the meals. Tried again tonight and it has not improved. Ordered two 4piece supreme meals and drinks. The fries are cold and soggy, the supreme meals had what looked like 3 nuggets in them and the drink machines must have been out of syrup as it is colored carbonated water and sour tasting sweet tea. Through it all out after I got home and opened everything up and went to Smithfield’s.

I ordered 2 steak biscuits and was given 2 pork. Gravy on Gravy and biscuits was brown and tasted like the Gravy you would put on potatoes or turkey. I was missing my mash potatoes and the extra gravy was more of the brown gravy. Mac and cheese was correct but it tasted like packaged army food or frozen TV dinner. They were kind enough to replace the order and bring it out. However, the Gravy this time was translucent and powdery tasting. I got a steak biscuit and it was so over cooked it was crunchy and gross. I tried the other one and it was the same. All I had to eat was the mash potatoes which was instant potatoes like a TV dinner. Nothing is good at this restaurant. I have had bojangles before… never was it this terrible. I’m not going back, Not to the leland one away. Hardee’s, and kfc will be where I go for now on.
