Service and quality have definitely gone downhill. Way over priced for low quality food. My asparagus was so small with little sad tomatoes. I could make a better dish at home. Servers did their best, but when I asked a question, it was overlooked. Food came later than the party I was with. Bread sticks came out very late. No one came back to ask for refills or if we needed anything.

First time at this location. It has been years since I have been to an Olive Garden. I was expecting them to have some sort of happy hour on drinks or appetizers but they don’t. But the service was good. I just sat at the bar. Had seafood Alfredo. Food was decent. Breadsticks as always so yummy. Great salad. And did their 6 dollar take home special so I have lunch at work tomorrow. Overall decent. Restaurant seemed to be clean. Staff made the experience great. Will be back.

The food was good and my family enjoyed their meal. ‘My oldest daughter and I got the tour of Italy. We enjoyed the meal. My 3 youngest ordered off the kids menu. Two liked their meals a lot and one was grossed out by what she said was raw dough pizza. She didn’t like that.

I ordered curbside, so I didn’t have much interaction with the employees. However, the three hostesses and servers I did incounter were very cheerful and helpful. My food was ready for me as soon as i arrived. My food was warm and fresh.

This has been the most racist and disheartening experience I have ever had! Traveling from NYC, my children and I craved a familiar taste. Upon arriving, there were early signs of inequity among customers. For example, after being told the wait time was 30+ minutes, other families whom arrived later were immediately sat. After finally being seated, no one attended to the table. Yet, we should have taken the hostess slamming the menu on the table as a sign that we were not welcome. Instead, I ordered appetizers on the table console, which arrived well before a server was ever assigned. A table of six was seated, and their order immediately taken. I then asked for a manager, and waited over 15 minutes for Ivy to arrive. She stated she had just been informed of my request 5 minutes prior. This has truly shown me how ignorant and racist some can be, even in 2023. As a NYC Special Education teacher I would have thought we had all become more tolerant and accepting of all. It seems they have not. I would never recommend anyone of color to visit this location.

Awful. I ate lasagne. I will have to cook 3 lasagne at home to forget this hortible experience. my son tried spaghetti, they were not “al dente”. Don’t eat here when you’re accustomed to european standards.

My sister and I love Olive Garden. We call! We can always depend on the quality of the food and friendliness of the employees that work at this location. We order through the app, and it’s always ready when we ask for it! I love the chicken gnocchi soup, and it’s always hot and fresh! If you are ever in the area, stop by for lunch or dinner!
