This was my 1st time ever trying a Blaze, I know I’m super late. But I loved having the ability to customize the pizza to my liking. Great amount of toppings and sauces. My pizza was done super fast and it was great. I loved the roasted garlic and broccoli. For twelve dollars, it was for sure a steal. You can now add me to the blaze pizza fan club.

Yall have got to try Blaze Pizza. The pizza is way freaking good. The staff is phenomenal and I highly suggest their high rise crust with pesto. Ooo boy good is an understatement. Gohar, Jose, David and Traci are really good employees that truly care about the client experience. Plus the bathrooms are spotless.

I like Blaze as much as the next person, but staffing issues seem to have hit this location hard. The staff member making pizzas was almost unintelligibly quiet, even after I expressed I couldn’t hear her well. The line was a cross-contamination nightmare and I didn’t once see anyone change gloves or wash their hands. There was a sanitizer bucket full of chemicals and paper towels on the drink bar. On a positive note, my pizza was loaded with toppings. Great for the customer, maybe not for their bottom line.

What’s the deal with Blaze Pizza? They call it ‘fast-casual’, but it felt ‘slow & sorrowful’. ‘BYO’ meant ‘Bland Yet Overpriced’ IMHO. And ‘artisanal’? It’s seems to me like a metaphor for toppings so sparse the pizza is going bald (just like me). The other night, I walked into Blaze expecting a pizza experience, but it felt more like I’d stumbled onto the set of some parody in a fast food sitcom. I shell out ~$20 what do I get? A keto crust limper than a wet noodle, a dab of sour sauce, a sprinkling of feta that’d maybe satisfy a mouse, tasteless onions, and spinach that’s seen better days. The drink cup, oh that’s a laugh. No lids. Like I’m some circus seal balancing a ball. An the staff, so detached & disengaged if you ask me. In the end, I could’ve saved myself the hassle and the dough, pun intended, by grabbing a frozen pie for half the price. I don’t know if the ship started sinking when Rick Wetzel and Brad Kent left corporate, or if it’s just that this location just lost its compass. I’ve been around the block a few times – NYC, DC, and NC. I’ve seen good pizza, and IMHO, this isn’t it. But hey, that’s just my two cents. YMMV.

Probably the worst customer service I ever had! The staff was so negative and mopey. The counter was disgusting! All the sauces had other sauce drippings in it. Every time they added a topping we had to ask to spread it over the pizza instead of a mountain of onions in one spot. Perfect location for the store but would definitely be hiring new staff. This was 5-12-23 after 6pm
