I did a Grub Hub order at this location. Which I have done multiple times. The order was canceled 1 hour after placing because the assistant manager said “We don’t do Grub Hub”. Also I then went on the website to order because I love the food and picked it up. I paid for extra toppings and sauce and didn’t get them. When I asked about this a young lady told some one, “To handle this guy.” I don’t think I will be ordering here again.

Tried to order 2 pizzas at this location at 7:15pm on a Wednesday night, and website says12pm-8pm. Try to order, only to get the message: “this location is either closed or preparing to close”. I think to myself, “well, that can’t be“, and drive to the location thinking “surely it had to be just an online thing, and they’re still open”. I arrive at 7:32pm (28 minutes before posted closing time) and walk up to the door, only to find it locked, and the 2 high school kids that they hired to run the place wrapping toppings containers and closing up shop. I don’t normally complain, but seriously? A half hour early? You don’t even have to bake the pizzas for christ’s sake, just slap toppings on dough and let me go bake it. We went to Marco’s down the street instead, and will likely do so for the foreseeable future.

Poorly prepared as in no real attempt to distribute toppings and way too much crust (no toppings) as well. Amount of toppings in now well short of when they started. Very disappointed with last three of four. Been my favorite since they started but sadly will be finding a new pizza. Staffing with nothing but unsupervised teens probably is behind most of the problems.

The main girl taking orders is nice. The blondish haired girl wrapping the pizzas up to go was extremely rude, saying if we wanted our pizzas we know where they are not saying any names or types of pizza and walking off on a very rude manner, so I had to ask the dark haired girl who was currently socializing with 3 friends who walked in if they were my pizzas because there were 2-3 other customers still waiting. Never had this experience there before. I truly hope this isn’t the new norm. Life cant be that hard that you have to be completely rude to a total stranger.

Sign up for the e-mail coupons…then you never have to pay full price! Love how crispy the crust gets on their disposable cooking sheets. And there’s NO clean up! WOO HOO! Just toss the pan in the trash after cooking the pizza! Do your mom/wife a favor and order dinner here! Your family will thank you!

Usually pretty good. Last time the toppings were not spread out evenly and it didn’t seem to have as many toppings.. Still tasted pretty good .

Crust was awful after baked. Not sure if they are using stale dough, but I’ve never been so disappointed in this location. Use to be really good.

Ordered and PAID well ahead of time and they said they didn’t make it yet because I had a different area code on the online order. #1 it is paid for already and #2 if you have a question, use your common sense and call the number to be sure rather than just assuming something. Newflash! With the advent of cell phones, there are many people with different area codes that live or are visiting here. To top it off, the pizza was put on thin crust vs the NY crust.

Was out of shredded hamburger, used regular hamburger on the new outlaw Fritos pizza. Probably didn’t change the taste but that’s not a good way to promote a new pizza,it was a good pizza just curious about “shredded hamburger”, maybe I misunderstood, maybe it’s a new cut of hamburger lol idk, texture I would think is the only difference?
