Pizza was ok but could use a bit more flavor. Now… despite there being a diner, you have to order at the counter. There was no acknowledgement that we were even there despite several employees having seen me an my family. A gentleman did ask how everything was but we had just gotten the pizzas. There was one older woman who did approach our table and did seem nice. But there was no tea unless it came from a can and no Pepsi or coke and no refills unless you went back to the counter to ask for them.

I placed my online order at 4:52. Told 15 minutes. I do this once a week no issues. I arrived at 5:10. Pizza not ready. I waited 10 to 15 minutes. Went to counter found out my order had been skipped. Did not get pizza until 5:45 or so. All I got was the pizza shoved at me with “sorry for your wait”. No eye contact. I was angry and dissapointed. Just left. Pizza not as good as usual and not sure I will go back. Burnet Texas.

Went last Monday a week ago to get my favorite Pizza Hut Pizza – A modified Pepperoni Lovers with extra cheese and pepperoni! Lacey took our order and she had the cook make it up just so! Very yummy – they did it again 🙂 One of the best Pizza Huts ever! Thank you again 🙂

Waited over an hour for our pizza. Staff was overwhelmed. We had ordered a delivery a few weeks before, and after an hour and a half, we ended up having to go pick it up! Hopefully, they will get to running smoothly …. SOON!

Ordered large “pepperoni lovers” specialty pizza, should have saved the money and ordered regular pepperoni. On a large this pizza has 25 pepperoni, yes I was able to count them. When ordering from other pizza huts the “pepperoni lovers” is usually covered to the point that it’s hard to count them. I guess this place is more concerned about food cost than delivering a quality product.
