I like that they have sauces. There food tastes fresh. There drinks do not taste flat. They have a great environment with bright lighting. and Cinabons and Iced Coffee to top it off. The online order was great. Nothing was wrong. The strawberry drink was awesome.

Worse place to eat. Can’t keep an order correct. And when they say they are fix the mess up. They somehow mess that up too. Prime example. I order a number 6 beef not chicken. Received chicken. Asked for beef and to have the other ones back. They said they can’t take it back, but they’ll make the order correct. Tell me why when I got the new order it was chicken again. How dumb do you have to be to not only mess up onthe first order but then mess up on the order your suppose to correct. And don’t get me going on that rude manager. I have never been more disrespected on in my entire life. I pray he has the life he deserves.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service. Ordered food and was missing an item. Called the store bc the door was locked and was told they would bring it out but I was ignored. They then thought it was funny that the item was missing. So I got back in line. As it has been stated many times in others reviews the drive-thru line was extremely long. Total time sitting in the line at this Taco Bell was 35 minutes bc they obviously could care less about anyone else’s time and money. My other food I ordered was cold after dealing with that entire ordeal. So frustrating. Someone has already posted a picture of one of the drive-thru girls who was rude and I also can confirm that. Management is terrible. I will continue to drive to Marietta Pkwy Taco Bell and this location will never get my business again.

So glad Mexican pizza is back. They had the best and thickest one ever. I’ll never burn that guy off lol. I like my toppings, sauces, whatever evenly distributed thru out my food and they were on point. It was so thick I almost HAD to use a fork. Whoever was making pizza the day I went gets an A+

I stopped by drive through and placed order. She handed me the drink and said my food would be in few minutes so I asked if she could hand me a straw so I could take a drink. She says, “The straw will be in your bag.”. Haha. That does not help me get a drink while I am waiting for my meal. She could not just give me a straw?!?

7/28/2023 ~ 6pm – ☹️☹️ Verbally accosted by Rude Manager screaming and yelling at me at Drve thru. He would not provide his name and was NOT Wearing a Name Tag. Cashier said his name was Devonne or something like that. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been so disrespected and screamed at for absolutely Nothing I did. I plan to address this with corporate. I don’t know how this person is a manager or how he was raised BUT he is certainly no one I am accustomed to dealing with. He would NOT APOLOGIZE EITHER- what a . He should be removed from dealing with customers as he has ABSOLUTELY NO MANNERS!!! I pray I NEVER see his smug face or hear his voice again in my Lifetime. I haved lived in Woodstock over 45 years, and was born & raised in Marietta GA. WE were raised to be respectful of others especially when it is our job to do so. I feel certain this manager did Not Grow up around here as he was tooooo Rude to have been brought up in Georgia.

Rude and disrespectful! These people literally had us waiting in the line and told us” one second” and they can easily check the camera and recording and we waited. I got out the car to walk in and tell her where at the drive thru. She said hello , and continued to ignore me as I was talking. So we pulled up to the window to get help. She said she didn’t hear a ding and they didn’t even check the camera so asked us to go back around when there was clearly a line. Refuse to even take our order at the Window and said keep driving because they simply made a mistake and got addressed.

Rude rude and short staff. Missing food from my order. Hardly any meat in the taco’s. OVERPRICED!! $30+ for 8 items. Understaffed! We will not be coming back here every again.

No service at the front. Workers didn’t acknowledge people at the register on entry. Told one customer they couldn’t take their cash, they had to use the kiosk. All focus was on the drive thru. The lobby was dirty and not kept up.
