The service is excellent. The food is even better. They have a wonderful attentive staff that is good about knowing when to check on you and when to let you eat. The bar is nice, and they offer outside seating for those nicer nights. It is becoming a regular place for me to eat, and you can find a good home style meal every time.

First experience there and went for mother’s day. They open at 10am Sunday and we were there about 10:45. The breakfast menu was limited but was good. The southern style family menu is what I would recommend. Portion size was good. Rolls were all you can eat served with butter and apple butter. Overall a very good experience. It is owned by the Haynes family so the food consistancy is very good.

This is hands down the best fried chicken restaurant in all Oklahoma!! The chicken and waffles are phenomenal!! The fried chicken sandwich is amazing, and their Chocolate Cream Pie is on point for the nation!! Our waitress Bailee was amazing. Greatly appreciated the suggestions!! Love this place!!

Our new favorite place. From the minute you walk in the door the staff and food are amazing. Kristen was the best server ever. Her upbeat attitude and abilities made our brunch even better. The owner stopped by to see how everyone was and you can tell she is very proud of her restaurant. Most people talk about a family atmosphere but this is my first time truly seeing that put to work. The outside seating is fantastic. The food is out of this world. We got brunch and took lunch to go for later. We will be back next week for a family birthday.

Loved this sit down restaurant that serves their fried chicken and meatloaf dinners family style. It came with a salad, biscuits (were a bit doughy), and your choice of one side. We also ordered fried pickles and the best onion rings ever. Really good service.

Diner-esque style set-up. The people here are amazing. The place is clean. Unfortunately though, the food isn’t great. We had pot roast with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. Though the pot roast was very tender, the flavor was decent – nothing great though (heavy on the black pepper). The mashed potatoes were extremely bland with hardly any flavor. The macaroni and cheese was even worse – ZERO flavor. Even the wife said “maybe they forgot the cheese.” It literally tasted like nothing. The green beans were not trimmed as they still had their “umbilical cord” attached ( ). They served the dish with a very small cup of mixed beans, corn, and tomatoes which did not complement the rest of the meal at all. The salad only comes with ranch dressing – which the majority of people enjoy. The biscuits, however, were prepared like wet cornbread. This was a VERY welcome change to dry our rock-hard biscuits that most places make. We liked those. Finally, I decided to get a chicken salad sandwich to-go. I just took my first bite. It’s not bad. It’s allll bread, but the bit of chicken salad hidden inside is good.

You better be hungry, but this was delicious! New place, serving some good chicken, fried or smoked. You get a half of a chicken and a side, I had Fried Okra and my wife got Mac n Cheese. What we didn’t realize is it came with endless salad and homemade rolls!!! Apple butter and butter for the rolls. Apple butter was delicious. Salad and rolls are delicious too. I’m posting the menu too. My wife got the Lavender Lemonade and she was impressed! Very delicious and refreshing! We recommend at least a try!!! You will not be disappointed!

We visited Paulines for the first time tonight hoping for a great new restaurant to add to our rotation. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. Some things were really tasty and others, like the chicken, were not. The chicken we had (four pieces and strips) were strange. The pieces came out hot but the strips had been sitting a good while. But the most surprising things were the complete lack of crispiness and the flavor of what I believe was chili powder. I love chili powder in my burritos but I don’t think it works in southern fried chicken. I was expecting chip your teeth crunchiness and savory, salty goodness. What we got was leathery batter and a weird sweet chili flavor. However, the mac and cheese was very good. The biscuits are not buttermilk like you would expect, they were more like a baguette texture but very buttery. I think the okra was packaged but it was still good. And the gravy seemed to be homemade, country style and delicious.
