I’m a regular customer at the Domino’s on South Highland in Jackson, TN. I bought a Domino’s coupon from a young boy for a school fundraiser. The card has 12 coupons on it, that says, “buy 1 pizza at menu price and get 1 equal or lesser value.”The coupons are valid until 2025. I took it to the domino’s in South Jackson to ask the staff directly there and they confirmed that I could use it and they told me that they will take this coupon, whenever I want to use it. I used it once, but when I called to order the pizza ) the manager said they can’t take it. I tried to explain to him that I had already used the coupon once and told him that I will show the coupon when I pick up the pizza. When I got there he looked and he said that he does not accept the coupon. He said maybe one of the stores in North Jackson can accept it. The coupon card does not say only accepted at some Domino’s. I have already used one of the coupons on this card at this Domino’s location, but now the store manager refused to take it. After I gave him the card to look at, he gave it back, smiled and said thank you. He closed the door without even bothering to ask about the pizza I ordered earlier. It was like he was trying to chase me out of the store. I am really disappointed that he was so rude and handled the situation in an unprofessional manner.

My husband had a medium extravaganza and I had the stuffed cheesy bread. Both were delicious. I have to admit, I am kind of hooked on the stuffed cheesey bread. When you are too busy or too tired to cook. The pizza and cheesy bread are the way to go.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! USE PIZZA HUT or any other pizza place. I ordered online, once order is submitted a feature shows a name of a person in this store that notes that your pizza is being prepped…FALSE!! I live outside of town, drove in (approx 20min)…arrived with 2 vehicles in line at takeout window…I waited for 15 min…no customer served yet…auto in front moved out of line, went in store and about 5-7 mine came out with her pizza…I waited another 5 minutes…went into store to inquire to what the problem was, store reps checked my order and then the prep person stated “I’m about to start prepping your pizza”….remember this is approx 40-45 mins since placing the order on line! I left….so spent an hour and 10$ worth of gas to leave the store without a pizza!

Sat in front of the pickup window for over 15 minutes staring at my pizzas before 1 of the 4 employees that were working actually bothered to come to the window. Then charged me $1.17 for a tiny container of Barbecue sauce. I can’t wait until Pizza Hit opens up out south.

My FAMILY will NEVER order from dominoes again! Took two weeks to receive a refund on an order that we never received, made complaints with corporate, both on the phone and email, was promised a 40$ credit on our next order- called today to get that credit, and of course, it wasn’t in the system. Manne this place has blown for at the very least a year now , my son couldn’t order online or get anyone to answer phone recently and a week or so ago. I see constant Facebook posts about how slow they are or they won’t answer phone or take online orders. Another friend waited two hours in the parking lot for a pizza ordered online , while while a couple employees quit and a poor manager came in on her day off to try to fix the catastrophe ! Awful ,Used my app. to order it was fine up to when the app said it came out of oven .Then they cancelled my order. I tried to call them .I was on hold then they hung up three times.I have never had that happen before. I was a good customer thinking twice about ever calling them again. Maybe one more chance. Well lets see here first off few weeks back got the kids to order pizza online quick and easy i thought nope was over an hour after they said it was on the way it arrived cold. No problem call the store ask for the manager says no problem sir we will put u in for a store credit call a week later for store credit and get told nope we didnt write that down. Now today try to call and order pizzas and they cant even answer a phone and online ordering is down what a joke for a dominoes
