Old family style diner. I ordered the Reuben and it was delicious. The fries were the usual fare you find at many restaurants. The wait staff was friendly. I would rather eat here than at any fast food place.

Haven’t been in here in 25 years. Stopped in for breakfast on the way through NC. It is pretty much the same place, new tables etc. bit the food is just as amazing as it was in 1998. Good old fashioned comfort food with great portions. The link sausage , corned beef hash, grits, all of it is amazing.

I’d wanted to visit this restaurant for many years since we moved to the area but hadn’t had the time to make it there.

This place has the old times feel. A quiet place with the good ol country cooking you would expect. I had really good beef liver here. The gravy on it was superb, tasted just like my grandma’s. I brought a couple of close friends there that live local and will definitely be returning for more great food in a nice quiet place. Thanks for the awesome food Y’all.

Our server was wonderfully kind and personable. My meat lovers omelette was perfection and my nephew really enjoyed his waffle-wich

Don’t let the picture scare you away… This place is deceptively good! I only deducted a star from atmosphere as it’s in need of some updates. If you don’t mind a non-franchised place with delicious food and great prices, definitely stop in. I am a huge Reuben fan and it had one of the tastiest ones I’ve had in awhile! Not too dry and enough of each ingredient on toasted rye bread. The burger was made fresh and they served tons of fries with each meal. The apple pie for dessert was a large slice and well worth the price. Service was great. Overall, worth every penny!

Very sweet and kind people. Atmosphere was really nice. Wasn’t a fan of the food but gave 4 stars for the people since they were great. Think the menu needs an update. Maybe include hashbrowns and potatoes. Have condiments for the coffee. The sausage link tasted very bad. Maybe a new kind. Or a build your breakfast option on the menu. Very cute restaurant and wonderful people, just think the menu is a little overdue for an update

We were in town visiting our son and Daughter-in- Law and wanted to go out for breakfast and decided to try out this place and I’m glad we did! My wife got the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes and I got the Creamed Beef Breakfast Bowl! Everything was delicious and I tried Grits for the first time and Loved them! The Service was Excellent and all the local customers were very friendly! Would definitely go back!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They were out of chocolate milk for my kids, so they chose Dr Pepper, they were out of that too. I wanted 3 pancakes, they wouldn’t let me order 3 had to be 2 or 4 pancakes, then I couldnt even get a box to take my left over food home. We ordered coke to drink since that was about all they had to drink and it was flat with a weird after taste. My family and I will never come back to this place. If you want a good small diner check out rainbow restaurant on Ramsey.
