I called and ordered several pizza for a birthday party. The girl told me they only have one driver it will be an hour. I said OK. 2 hrs later I call to ask questions about my pizzas and they hang up on me and I call back and they put me on hold. So I drove up there with my phone in hand still on hold and walk in there and ask the little girl who put me on hold then she runs to the back where the rest are hiding to get a manager. He comes up to tell me they canceled my order because I cussed at them on the phone. Now I’m furious. #1 I did not cussed at anybody I just called to check on my pizzas. #2 They couldn’t even call and say hey it’s gonna be more like 2 hours not 1. #3 They should of told me they were canceling my order. I’m very unhappy and have been a customer for a long time. I’ll be getting my pizza’s from somewhere else from now on.

The pizza is great, but the servers can be very lazy, and sometimes they are just starting the pizza when I place it at a certain time for it to be picked up. If the website allows me to have it picked up at the time I selected, then I would assume it to be out of the oven and not just being preped.

Marcos has failed me again. First time a few years back they gave us the same cold meatball sub over and over again. A year ago, my pizza came wrong, flipped in the box, and not even cut. Today, a friend offered to buy us dinner as I am recovering from surgery, cannot drive, cannot cook. They came with the wrong food, then said they would be back, and never came back. I told my friend who ordered for us to let them know and all they told her was sorry, they were short staffed. At least after deciding for all of us that they weren’t going to deliver my friend is supposed to get her money back. EVERY time we try this place it NEVER fails to absolutely ruin dinner night.

We’ve ordered pizza from Marcos in Sugar Hill at least two dozen times over the past few years. I’m finally leaving a review because they deserve it. The pizza is always good, they aren’t stingy with toppings like some pizza places, and the service is normally friendly and fast. Their website always has a few deals/coupons to get the price down a little.

I love Marcos. Pizza Hut and Domino’s in our area have really fallen in food quality unfortunately, but Marcos is consistent. Always hot and delicious. Delivery is quick too but if you do pickup it’s very fast.
