Deserves 0 stars if I’m being honest. Got in drive through to order stayed at the speaker for 15 min. Guy on the intercom didn’t turn his mic off talking trash about the customers. Then once i finally was able to order they tell me they don’t have the item. Instead of running your mouth i could’ve saved myself 15 min of unnecessary time spent waiting. If you can’t Multitask then focus on one thing at. A time like your job ! Ever since they got the remodel the new hires are horrible, service is horrible and speed is horrible. Just horrible all around. I’ll gladly travel to the William location

Don’t let the recent remodel fool you. This place can’t get an order right to save their lives, takes forever to serve customers. They are just dysfunctional as Hell.

Miss Cynthia has a lot of personality and is always a pleasure to take your order. They even messed up my chicken sandwich but because she’s so nice I didn’t even complain

Absolutely pathetic location. Beyond slow, unorganized, unsanitary prep habits, poor time management. Seemed like they were managing themselves with no direction or oversight. 20 min wait for old chicken and the wrong sides. How do you mess up putting chicken in a box. Pathetic. I understand why people act up in popeyes.

Horrible experience. Ordered 24 pieces of chicken and got home to find 3 thighs, 10 wings and 11 legs. They ask you to pull up and pull back so they can cheat their drive thru time which is pretty sad to begin with. Then when I brought it back the manager had a very nonchalant attitude and shut the window while I was still talkin.

Very inviting location! The manager greeted us immediately when coming through the door and went above and beyond in customer service. The restaurant was clean. Great experience; we will be back!

I came in for a spicy chicken sandwich and was told they only have original so I was cool with that but then I get a blackened chicken sandwich and they messed up my drink and only gave me a sweet tea when asked for a Arnold Palmer after they had made me pull up to wait for my order y’all really suck and this isn’t the first time I had issues with this location

This store waited for me at 11 PM to put in a fresh order for my family who is getting home from a very long series of flight delays. They went above and beyond with a smile!

I find it insulting that this woman isn’t genuine. True New Orleans know she is a fake. However, immatation is a form of flattery.

Awful is an overstatement. I often wonder if the parent company of Popeyes is even making an effort to improve their restaurants. Every few months I give them a try to see if any improvements have been made but sadly it only gets worse. The food served by this company is actually good if it’s prepared properly. Here you get cold, undercooked, and sparse portions. When you try to get them to correct the order you’ll only get an attitude. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months which is very apparent by the oil slick leading out the door. Go to the Popeyes on Williams. It’s a little better. Update 2/23. Still awful and I’m not a smart person for trying again.
