Pizza was flavorless. The texture off-putting (too soft) & barely had sauce. Granted I ain’t been to Papa Johns in YEARS but I distinctly remember their sauce use to taste almost fresh with a hint of sweetness and they had THE BEST CHEESE (flavor & texture) in the franchise pizza game and the cook on it use to be PERFECT but THIS PIZZA present day, noooo! It was floppy, sauceless, flavorless just not good and the little sauce that was on there taste more acidic than it use to. I wanted a different slice than my usual Marcos but this wasn’t the move. Service was quick. Restaurant appeared clean.

The reviews were right but we wanted some Papa John’s anyway.. we ordered online so we figured there would be no way to mess up the order. Got a steak cool ranch Papadilla.. they gave us a jalapeno and cheese Papadilla instead. Wouldn’t just refund the Papadilla and had to give back the pizza also to get it. Huge disappointment for a 7 yr old in the car.

Yo, I had to try the “New York Style” pizza son! Okuur, okuuur, it was good ! It’s foldable as advertised . The honey chipotle wings and cheese bread was delish as well. I always squeeze the jalapeño juice on my pizza and add a little of ur garlic sauce-to give it a kicker so yummy. Good deal. Thanks. Bye.

The service was great. Only a little longer than the 31-41 mins it stated it would take. I gave review a 3 due to missing one of my spicy rolls and one being smaller than others. Also both papadias were slightly burned. We all made do but I could taste the burn.

I would have given no stars if possible. Horrible service and the manager was clueless. My order was completely wrong and when I showed the order on my phone he was still confused. The order was remade and was still wrong. I asked for the owner, he said he didn’t know the owner or how to get in touch with him..I left with $28 of cold pizza that was not satisfying and not once did I receive and apology or any compensation…don’t waste your money or time…

Ordered during a weather storm it was over by time the app said on its way. Store says it was never on its way and they tried to call which funny a car warranty scam call got thru but not them. Called them and the manager who said was also franchise owner (one of them) said oh it was cancelled due to weather you can reorder and it will be 1 hour or more. I called back not knowing he was the manager and was even ruder. Domino’s did something similar and haven’t ordered since over 6 months now. Marco’s will get my business now. Something as easy as oh we are delivering again we will resend could of fixed it. Horrendous customer service especially from an owner. Guess the pizza business is booming were they don’t need or care about all customers. Beware. There delivery and warm pizza was doing that anyway. So good ridden.
