The food is amazing! The girl who works here helped me calculate my carbohydrates for my insulin! I couldn’t find nutrition info online, so she efficiently calculated the carbs in each ingredient and gave me total so I could give insulin. I can not tell you how much it meant to me for her to take the time to help me with this! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

I went at about 10 am today. It took 30 minutes for me to get my order. The counter tops were incredibly dirty and all the workers were grabbing toppings with their hands. I did not see the worker who made my bowl change her gloves once. When I finally got my order one of the workers remarked “why is that girl so mad”. If I had a allergy to any specific fruit or topping, this place would not be safe. It was not clean and would definitely not come again nor recommend.

I was ready for some breakfast and decided to check out this restaurant. I have been curious as to what this place was all about. The gentleman behind the counter working was really nice and extremely knowledgeable about the food. I chose to try the Superfood dish minus the coconut. I really enjoyed it. The only thing I would’ve liked better is if it hadn’t been so frozen. Creamier would have been better I think. They had organic coffee. I wasn’t a huge fan of it. I will definitely be eating here again.

I seriously LOVE this place. I live in FL but visited here a few years ago with my fiance for his work. We loved the Hulk and Bermuda bowls! Well, this week we came back for his work again. I was sooo excited when I realized we were in the sweet town that holds this gem!! (Like ridiculous excited!) So today I fully enjoyed their Pink Flamingo smoothie and their Savory Avocado Toast! I enjoyed both and all I wish is that I could drag this establishment back to FL with me, for real! We’ll be grabbing a couple of our previous loved frutta bowls for dinner this week before we go back home!!

One of the few vegetarian restaurants in Paducah. This is the first time I had their bowl and it was delicious. Perfect for a hot summer day. I had the frutta bowl and the green smoothie, the loved the bowl, the smoothie was just okay. I wish they had Greek yogurt in the bowl too, it would make it more delicious.

Terrible Kale smoothie. Asked for water and never received any. Only people on restaurant. They acted like we were there to take care of them. Poor service and I spent 20 dollars and gave a tip. Very poor service.

Had worse. Experience here and it was my first time. The employees wasn’t on task or focused .. busy chatting and it took 20 mins to get the wrong order. They gave 2 customers food after I had already ordered . They were very unorganized . I told them 4 times I wanted my money back they refused. Then asked me my order 3 different times and I had been in line first so there shouldn’t of been issues. They apologize and still didn’t give me the right order. And still refused giving my money back. Very disappointed not professional business for a 5 star. Need to manage dinner employees better. And to top it off employee boy was in short shorts. Not uniform
