I’m not sure where to even begin. I came in at 8:45pm through the drive through and ordered the 5 piece tenders. Guy takes my order asks what sauce, what to drink and tells me my total. Pull up to the window he takes my card hands me my drink, and card never got a receipt either. Then says “oh by the way its gonna be 30 minutes for your chicken tenders” then shuts the drive thru window. Multiple people behind me got their food and were on their way. When in the history of fast food has it ever taken 30 minutes to cook frozen tenders? Why wasn’t this told to me before I paid. Better communication and customer service need to be taught to the workers.
