The staff is extremely slow and their attitude is terrible. It doesn’t matter if you go through drive-thru or carhop. When I went through drive-thru everyone was just standing around talking. All I ordered was a tea! Took over 5 minutes just to get it. Come to find out the girl was in the bathroom and no one else took over window because they were too busy standing around talking to each other.

I showed up At happy hour And ordered a large vanilla Root beer. Waited 15 minutes, no drink, I had paid with a card so I hit the button and after waiting 3 minutes with no reply and considering the vehicle beside me had just received their food, which was a lot more than just a large drink, I left. I love sonic but I will not be visiting this one again.
