My recent visit to Rayaki Ramen in Edison, NJ was an okay dining experience. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, and the service was friendly and efficient. However, the ramen itself was decent but didn’t quite meet my expectations. The broths lacked the depth and complexity I look for, and the noodles were cooked adequately, but nothing remarkable. The toppings were average and didn’t leave a lasting impression. While Rayaki Ramen provided a satisfactory meal, it didn’t leave me with a strong desire to return or recommend it as a top ramen spot in the area.

The wall art of this place definitely is the highlight! It’s a super cool restaurant to visit for anime lovers and they always have something playing on the TV. The food is also pretty decent. They have a large selection of ramen and bubble tea. I’m not a huge ramen person, but this would definitely be a go to spot for me if I lived in the area.

Great atmosphere for any self-proclaimed anime fan. Would definitely recommend making a reservation if coming on the weekend—it was packed. Highlight of the day was the quail egg/bacon skewers, which were phenomenal. Rayaki fries are also delicious as well. The ramen itself was good, not great—the charsiu was overcooked, tough, and dry unfortunately. But between the anime episodes playing on the TV and the anime songs in the background, there is a lot to like.

Stunning artwork & savory food. Obviously the Ramen is worth the drive but other options like pork belly rice bowls, teriyaki chicken and bubble teas give you great options. Definitely try their Rayaki fries!

This place was amazing to experience. The art on the walls were so amazing and there were so many of them everywhere. Now about the food itself was very tasty and filling. The appetizers I had were pork sweet sausage scallion and a chicken skewer also the edamame and seaweed salad. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. It was so filling and such a generous amount .. also if you wanna substitute the soup base it’ll be extra. They also have different types of drinks such as tea , milk tea and boba and soda of course. The staff is very kind and attentive. A place is worth experiencing.

Quick service, great anime ambiance, and exquisite ramen and robatayaki! I come at least once a month, and I always get the black garlic ramen, it is soooo filling and delicious. One of the best pork bone broths I’ve had, and I’ve been to many ramen places in NYC, Queens, and Long Island so that’s saying something. I love the scallop robata, and their kani salad is plentiful. Awesome place to eat with your friends or family.
