I called the restaurant to ask if the Buffett was open for service or only take out. The man on the phone said Buffett was open. Drove an hour away being this is the only Chinese near me. When arrived at the restaurant only take out was available. The lady at the front told us that the Buffett will no longer be occurring. Super sweet lady but got home and the food was not good at all. Chicken looked undercooked and expired. I payed 58 dollars for terrible food and false advertisement . Very disappointed 🙁 will not be returning .

It was tasty and I’ll return but I will say the order/pick up process is pretty crazy. We didn’t order ahead so upon arrival someone cracks the door and you give them your order through the crack. Then I handed my card through the slightly cracked door and waited outside until my food was done (25 minutes). Once done the door is opened just enough to pass food through. I think they are a little over the top about Covid. Everywhere else has the inside of the restaurant open and operating as normal.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken with no pineapple due to allergies and received my order with pineapple went back and let them know the mistake, lady very rudely tried to blame me that I didn’t make it know and got attitude when I called her out and said I did tell you. Poor customer service and bad ordering system won’t be back.
