Absolutely terrible. First of all when you call, you have to talk to somebody in India to order your pizza. We ordered a gluten-free pizza they delivered it without even attempting to cut the pizza. I called to tell them the dude argued with me said that he cut himself and then hung up the phone on me. I will never order another pizza from this place. It’s a joke.

This is by far the worst place to order a pizza from. I placed an order online and it stated that it would be about 30 minutes for delivery. An hour later I called and the lady who answered the phone (supposedly the manager) said my order was not even started yet and it would be another hour. I told her this was unacceptable and that I had guests here waiting on dinner. She told me there was nothing she could do but she would gladly cancel my order. I told her it was ridiculous she said that she can’t give free food out to everyone that calls to complain. How rude and unprofessional. I thought dominos was better than this but I guess not considering who they have managing their store here. I will never give them my business again at this location.

It has been many years since I ordered Dominos because the quality went downhill. If you are like me, I love this dominoes. The two pizzas we ordered were fantastic. Domino’s is truly back. I was very pleasantly surprised. I will order again!

Don’t bother….. Save your money and buy a Digiornos. You’ll have dinner faster, it’s far cheaper, no need for overly complicated call-in or app, and it’ll taste better.

Just save yourself the hassle and call a different store. Domino’s needs to close this store before they lose customers to a different place period. They regularly cancel orders in the app and when I call they don’t pick up or hang up. Garbage experience and service. Order somewhere else. They literally just picked up the phone and set it down. Lol.

It took 1.5 hours to get our pizza delivered. It was ICE COLD once it finally arrived. Also, as you can see in the picture, the garlic sauce they usually brush onto the crust was just drizzled on top. Very odd. Tried to call the store and cannot get a human being on the phone. I reached out to corporate. Hopefully they get back to me so I can get a refund. Never again.

I’m writing this review while waiting for someone to answer the phone, I have been waiting on our pizzas for nearly an hour and half. The phone has been unanswered for at least 7 minutes. This is not the first time we’ve had terrible service from this location. It is a pattern that has been going for several months now. I’m done giving them a chance. I’m about to hang up and am unsure if I’ll even receive our order. Terrible service, and they don’t care.
