The food here is awesome, however, it is over priced and their service is very poor.

Epic fail. Ate here a few times. Fresh ingredients. A little overpriced, but who cares good food right? Today it took them 20 minutes to make my warm bowl with no online orders or customers waiting. Add chicken and tofu literally adds $7 or $8, which is fine but for a few cubes of tofu and chicken…..will not go back. See attached pic

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love how fresh and healthy their food is. I enjoy the smokehouse burrito with steak and tofu added with their fresh greens and kale on top.

The ingredients taste fresh haha atmosphere is super cute, very small space for sitting and small seats inside but they aren’t allowing dine in. The Freshii Green smoothie was light yet had hints of banana and pineapple that made is delicious. My only complaint was how the Teriyaki burrito had sauce dripping before I even started eating it. My 4 year old loved the kids quesadilla and to be honest it smelled fantastic but I took a nibble and it’s bland. The parking outside is a little cramped but the business next door is shut down so there were many open spots. They also make their own brand of juices.

First time to eat there, sorta vegan meet Chipotle. Had the Tex-Mex Burrito. Had a friend order with the app, (I don’t like apps). It was done and bagged when we got there. They have what I assume used to be sit in dining tables set as a barrier, guessing for Covid. Burrito was good and larger than I could eat in one sitting.

When I asked if there was a gluten free wrap the answer was “I don’t know, I just work here.” Really?!?! Then when food came, it had cheese when it was one of the food allergies I had asked to have left off. The food was good once it was right, but more spicy than expected on the Buddha bowl. The Pangea was very spicy.

Had a sign saying that bowls were 8.99. Was charged $16, when asked about the price advertised on sign out front, cashier stated “sign is a lie”.

Been here twice. First time was awesome, was able to get two meals from my bowl. Second time, I could fit each individual ingredient in one plastic spoon. Also there was a hair in it. Really sad because the flavor is there, but the proportions are wimpy. Come if you want to pay $11 for a bowl of mostly rice.

EPIC FAILURE. Ordered a cobb salad and a Pangoa rice bowl with beef protein for take out, nothing else. Upon arriving at home twenty miles south, realized that the Pangoa bowl was all rice and no beef or beans at all. When we called to let them know, they laughed it off and literally said “Our bad, we noticed that when you left, we’ll give you free protein next time”, but no mention of making it right for this order. There will be no “next time”, simply due to their lackadaisical attitude and refusal of accountability. For the record, the Cobb salad had lots of boiled egg and was decent, but definitely not worth the price. Burger Claim in Grand Mound has a much better Cobb salad for $12, hands down. The menu looks fresh and fun so we were excited, but the absolute failure of execution and responsibility is completely unacceptable.
