Bought pizza here for the first time. I’m not a vegetarian, but this time I wanted to buy without meat products, only vegetables, they didn’t have it. I bought a pizza and a bun with spinach, but for some reason it turned out to be greasy. Pizza is also not very, simple taste. sorry it is.

The cashier with the pink mask was so rude. They don’t take cards only cash and the ice machine is not working so no Ice the drinks and the only reason I stopped is because my little one wanted a pepperoni pizza. But with they rude attitude never again I’m coming back

I’d say that this Sbarro location is nicer in terms of food service and quality compared to the one in the Washington Square mall. The food is what you’d expect from this chain, and I find it enjoyable for fast food, but a bit overpriced and nothing particularly special.

Asked about what pizza they had, got an attitude comment about “not listening” and that they had no pizza available. Apparently I was expected to eavesdrop the customers ahead of me in a loud crowded food court, that’s never going to happen. Didn’t buy anything after that lousy interaction.

Decent food but slow service. I had to ask to purchase my food after waiting for the cashier to take ten minutes to hand over two sodas and talk to the customer in front of me about non-work related stuff. I will never come to sbarro again.

Ordered something at 5:30. I get there at 6:15 and they haven’t even started my order. When I noticed that they had the same food I ordered on display, I asked for it, but the manager refused to give them to me and insisted on making mine from scratch even though I told them I’m in a rush. Called no answer assumed very busy; I see the online order pick up option so therefore I went for that option; $17.49 paid with debt card and upon arrival the store is full light out closed; I’m very upset and disappointed; still waiting to talk to management guest relation department to get a refund.
