Just went through the drive thru and ordered ice cream, a drink, and a large fry. She then read back that I had ordered ice cream, a drink, and a large fry. The lady already had an attitude from the start. When we got to the window I payed and she proceeded to hand me the ice cream and drink. I then asked for my large fry. She then proceeds to say “I don’t have a large fry on here” in a nasty tone and slammed the door in my face and proceeded to take the customers order without even asking if I would want to add a large fry or if I even still wanted it.

Went through the drive-through to get a burger and a shake. The bottom of my cup was covered in chocolate syrup and they did not put any napkins in my bag. Made a mess in my car. Will not be going back. Could also see employees eating in the kitchen through drive through window

Rude as hell had a 10 dollar gift card i had gotten from Christmas and I guess it only had 5 dollars didn’t know that the lady working the drive thru i think was a manager just all around rude about it they weren’t even busy treat people better! and when I asked for the card back so I could call to see what was up with it just acted like it was such a inconvenience to her she wouldn’t even let me try to explain what was going on and shut th3 window on me i get it everyone has bad days at work but don’t take it out on the customers!

We don’t have anything like this where we live in a small small town. But I LOVE their seasonal changes in desserts and a must have for a treat or a pleasure when in town. People are pleasant and serve us at our table with a smile. They always make me feel like it’s a pleasure to help me rather than just a job. Yummy and quite busy. You can always plan on the food being HOT and pleasant atmosphere

After we ordered our Ice Cream for ourselves and our two young children, our food was shoveled quickly out the window without explaination of which was which. 4 employees were just standing around watching others serving food. Then when we finally got out of the drive through, ice cream was MELTING all over inside my new vehicle and we do not live very far away from Dairy Queen.
