The drive thru was super fast today. Iced tea was a little weak. Asked for a decaf iced coffee, ended up with regular iced coffee – very glad I read the sticker, I have a heart condition, would have been a critical situation had I not have checked. Staff was very polite. Mistakes happen.

Ordered ahead through the app. Got a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant. I thought it was odd that the girl at the window handed me a box since the sandwich comes in a paper sleeve. When I opened it, it was a piece of avocado toast. I got her attention and told her my order was wrong. She was very confused and took the toast back. After less than a minute, I received the correct sandwich but it was undercooked and cold.

I wish I knew the names of the people working, they were all phenomenal but 2 stood out working hard with a positive attitude making sure everyone was taken care of! One woman was also training and managing everyone so well. I just felt I needed to leave a review given how busy they were (line to the door, moving as quickly as they could) and the drive-through was wrapped around the building. This is a great crew you have working here, you should be proud!

I am a frequent visitor to this Dunkin Donut as it is on my way to office and my all time go to drink is Vanilla Chai. But the problem with this particular outlet is, they never give the correct quantity for Vanilla Chai. Once they served half the cup and it was sweet as hell ( probably they added the correct quantity of mix but not the right quantity of milk). And rest all the times the cup is 3 quarters filled. I have never seen this problem with any other outlets of Dunkin Donuts or with any other drink for that matter. So even if I want to drink a Vanilla chai, I never order it from this outlet or order a coffee instead. Below is the pic of today’s large Vanilla Chai (un-touched!)
