Went today and got a fiesta pack with burritos and tacos. I had to park and wait for food. The tacos were not filled up only had a teaspoon of meat and the burritos were mini and they put the wrong sauce in them. Don’t go to this Del Taco if your hungry. Whoever is preparing the food is ripping you off! Never again! So pathetic. I want my money back!! I tried calling the manager on the phone listed and there was no answer. Disgusting! My family and I can’t even eat our food that I spent over $30! Save your money and eat top ramen instead! You will be happier!

The man you had working the drive thru had an infectious positive attitude. Being positive and friendly when dealing with the public isn’t always easy. Guilty pleasure but guess what….Ky needs a raise! Take note Del Taco, you’ve got an incredible staff member and he’s got the best attitude I’ve seen in years, like no joke. Talk about a star employee!! We came to this location traveling through on our way to Nevada.. and my gosh!! From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we had beyond an amazing experience. Brandon was so awesome. He was so helpful and was holding doors open for customers coming in and out, he was greeting everyone, he was on top of everything, apologizing for hold times, and was very considerate of the whole room. There wasn’t a moment of time where he wasn’t doing something in regards to his work.. It was either assisting customers or cleaning the dining room. This location definitely stood out with their cleanliness, organized service, amazing employee Brandon/employees.

Owner must have removed my comment about waiting for over an hour in the drive through to receive the wrong order, complete with watery guacamole and tacos so butchered that they all had paper stuck to the tortilla and poorly prepared toppings. I’ll re add the photos that were removed soon too since people would rather avoid people knowing how their store operates as opposed to fixing the quality of service provided by said store. Don’t waste your time, or money. Not worth an hour or more for poor quality fast food.

Thought we would try this Del Taco location one more time. Drive thru took a really long time. Ordered two Double Dels and a large fry. The burgers were loosely wrapped in paper only to have the one at the top come completely unwrapped in the bag. Wow, they used to come in a box for a reason. Meat was dry, burger had little sauce making it dry as well. Fry box was barely full but they were not over salted and tasted good. Not sure we will be returning to this location. And by the way, when your response from the owner is always the same for everybody, it means nothing to the consumer.

Last night My fiancé and i just wanted something to snack on and we decided to stop here since it was the closest. The taco hard shell was so disgusting it had a really bad smell also and the green salsa wasn’t the great from the 3 cheese nachos . It made my fiancé so sick he had to call off work this morning ! I honestly don’t know what is it but health inspector needs to check this place up

Both times I’ve been there the food was very bland with not much flavor, even with making our chicken burritos bold there wasn’t really any sauce and there was way to much beans and tasteless at that too. The dude behind the counter and the girl at the window were very polite but the food was meh at best. Nice staff but the food doesn’t have much flavor

You can get thru the drive thru fast here. The tacos are bigger here and more filling than Taco Bell. However, the fries here need more work. Taco Bell has you beat on fries. I ordered the chili cheese fries from Del Taco, and they were ice cold. Definitely not freshly dropped fries or hot chili. Everything was congealed together. The only thing that saved some parts of it was ranch that I had in my fridge. A good fast food should stand on its own. Without having to add food from your house to make it edible.
