The lady was nice at the cash register. I was weary at first of the sushi cause all of it was prepackaged. I asked if the sushi was fresh and the woman told me yes and that they were always making new rolls. When I open my shrimp tempura roll, the avocado was brown. And it wasn’t even due to the eel sauce. I saw it on the side where the eel sauce doesn’t touch it. Needless to say that I am hoping, praying, and crossing my fingers hoping that the fish is a little fresh and I don’t get food poisoning.

I paid for a chicken and shrimp bento box online, got home and noticed it was 95% chicken with 5 little pieces of shrimp I know it’s very on brand these days for companies to skimp on their mobile orders but this is unacceptable especially since they promote ordering online. We should be able to order online without the added stress of NEEDING to open the food and inspect

I love the location in the mall, so I was excited for this location to open. (More convenient.) Unfortunately, the food is not great. The sushi is prepackaged and cold. It was rubbery. Chicken Teriyaki was OK. Not as good as the mall location.

This past Thursday was the first time my co-workers and I went to this place. We all got bento boxes. Sadly we all ended up getting food sick and unable to eat anything since that lunch. I won’t be going back and I hope our issue was a one off.
