While visiting my daughter and her husband in St Pete, they took us there. It was a very quaint place , lots of character with the best food. The owners and staff are delightful. I will visit again when I return. We were very pleased with the Tuna, Chow noodles w/ shrimp, ribs etc.

Amazing first visit for my husband’s birthday! Food was to die for, best dinner in St. Pete! Waitress was phenomenal and helped us find the perfect wine and helped to make his birthday extra special with dessert. Will definitely be returning. Top notch!

My husband and I went there tonight for our anniversary. We didn’t have a reservation but had spoken with Dayna on the phone a few days earlier and she remembered us! She sat us and gave us bubbly to celebrate. We had the ribs for an appetizer which was AMAZING! My husband had the chicken thighs for his entree and I had the polenta. All the food was outstanding and Dayna was super accommodating even though they were completely booked. For as new as they are they did a fabulous job. We will definitely be making a reservation there in the future.

We were charmed by this tiny restaurant! Dayna was so welcoming, and even though she was very busy, she found time to talk to us. I had the arctic char with a carrot soubise sauce and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. The star was the perfectly cooked, creamy, delicious-tasting char. My husband had the chow noodles with shrimp which were also delicious. We want to go back, soon!!

Calida is a wonderful addition to the blossoming food scene in St Petersburg. This is a tiny 25-seat restaurant with outstanding food and excellent service. A good wine list and easy parking are also worth mentioning.

Excellent food and cozy eclectic atmosphere. It was a perfect date night in a local restaurant. We had The sous vide beef ribs, the chopped salad, the branzino, chicken tights and desserts and everything was great. I would highly recommend getting the ribs as they were outstanding!!!

Truly a gem…so lucky to have Calida in our back yard. Have been several times; we like to sit at the bar and chat with Dayna and Sara who is a bit of a local celebrity from her days at Annata (people constantly stop by to see her not realizing how small the place is and how essential to have a reservation). She really knows her wine and the carefully curated list has great off the beaten path options. The food is always amazing. Shatta shrimp, chow noodles, baked goat cheese, always interesting specials, the way the chef combines flavors without overdoing anything is the charm.

Cute little place. Great service and people. Take the time to talk to them. Small but good wine selection. Simple meals, just done right. Tataki was a surprise hit. Herb crusted cheese was fabulous. Brandzino was delicious. Chicken thighs were fought over. So full, did not get any dessert, but the banana wontons were ohhed over by the other tables. Another reason to go back.

Had reservations for awhile and was excited to try the place. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Had the shrimp and potato appetizer – shrimp was better only because it was a little more unique with the spicy sauce. Also had the ribs – they were perfection and mouthwatering. For a main, only got the noodles with chicken added. They were good. Sadly didn’t catch a photo, but really intimate place with not a ton of space but just what is needed.
