My wife and I were in town for a concert and thought we’d try this place with the great reviews. The gentleman in the truck lacked in friendlessness upon greeting. I had the pork tacos while the wife went with the steak. We agreed the pork was better. Unfortunately, the unfriendly gentlemen that prepared our food did not wear gloves as he thumbed my tacos. The food was overpriced for the quality. He also gave us a rewards card without any rewards. I guess that’s what $40 gets ya. We agreed it’s not tough to find better mex.

Today I stopped and got the Al Pastor street taco combo with rice and beans and a sprite. The owner was extremely kind and conversational. We shared a few laughs and our experiences and love of food while traveling. Al Pastor is my favorite and this place does it phenomenal compared to other places that I’ve had it in town, or elsewhere! Delicious sautéed veggies really put that extra flavor that I’ve been seeking in Hispanic food. He also recommended me to try his hot sauce over Chaluoa and I am so glad I listened to him because it complimented the food remarkably well. The thing that really pulled it all together was the rice and beans; I almost didn’t get them because most other places do the refried beans and it feels like something I could have made at home, but not here. I love making my own versions of beans at home almost weekly and I wish I had this recipe! I’m a petite woman who can’t usually eat more than 2 tacos but I ate everything pictured in one sitting. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love the effort put in by the owners of food trucks. Some of the best foods I’ve had in my life came from the little window of a food truck, and this place definitely ranks as one of the top on my list.

Best authentic tacos I’ve had in the area, taste like love. The more spicy salsa, the better. Hidden gem, and my new favorite lunch/dinner spot. Hands down, you don’t like real tacos if you don’t like these. 10/10.

Easily the best Mexican/Colombian food in North Dakota. I had the empanadas and they were amazing. The Tacos AL pastor were very good, and the red and green salsas were both delicious. Good job on the rice and beans as well.

Tacos revolution are the best tacos currently in the FM area , I have known the owner (Jesus) for two years now, ever since he first opened. I have stopped many times to eat and just chat with him , I recommend people see him early morning on a weekend 9 am or so , he usually has Birria and Queso Birria tacos. As someone who is from mexico (Rosarito)I can say confidently that these are the best tacos around . Jesus works hard and long hours , his wife is also very nice I hope everyone gets to enjoy what he loves making .
