6/29/23 Placed an online order customized all three sandwiches. Get home our sandwiches are dry as cardboard and no cheese on our Philly $50 later. None of them were made as I requested. I guess reading customers notes it not apart of one’s job description but reading for tips is. Every time this manager is working this is what our Philly cheese steaks are like. A waste of money, gas, and time. Tried calling the Gallatin location but no answer. Don’t go here just buy the stuff and make it at home. On top of that the employees didn’t even greet me when I picked up my order.

At 4:52pm I placed an order for 3 sandwiches (all cold). I was given a time of 5:37 to pick up. I’ve ordered MANY times on the app and have never been quoted that long, especially at non peak hours. I came into the store at 5:10. Only 2 other cars in the parking lot. 3 employees (2 male, 1 female) were standing at the sandwich counter talking. I had to butt into their conversation to ask for my pickup order. They looked at each other, laughed, and proceeded to do other things. The females said to the boys, “it’s right there” hanging on the make line. One male said to the other, “what time is it for?” And responded “5:38”, followed by laughter among each other. After continuing to do other things, one male went to the back and the other started making my order, female was refilling the make line. When my sandwiches were finally made and bagged, the female handed them to me with nothing to say.

Ordered a giant sub through Uber eats and order got delayed ( no big deal) , finally receive the sub and the bread is old and tasted awful. Paid $20 for a sub with old bread, it was so brown it looked like wheat bread instead of white. I wouldn’t have been too upset if I didn’t pay $20 for this sub but thats a lot of money for something that isn’t fresh. Contacted customer service and they said they sent this over to management and never heard back. Will not be returning. Waste of money.

The store was very clean and there was even an employee cleaning the tables and floors. The sandwich was very good. It also had plenty of filling, including meat. The employee that made the sandwich was very nice and listened to our requests

The employee making the sandwiches tonight does not have any business working with the public. He could not even muster up a thank you after he placed our sack on the counter. It’s a shame that people use their hard earned money towards paying his wages. Whatever he makes is too much!

I did an online order this afternoon. One of the two sandwiches was the #8 with extra meat. I always put in the notes to “PLEASE REMEMBER THE EXTRA MEAT”. It costs an extra $2.00!!

Not at all good. I got Turkey and Provolone on white bread. Ask for a little mustard, tomatoes and a few onions. First the bread was so hard I thought it would break teeth. It had so much mustard on it I had to take a knife and try to scrape it off but it didn’t help. Ate some of it, all I could choke down then brought the other home and threw it away. I will not go back. YUCK!!
