The lamb burger was amazing! Taking a bite into it, the melted cheese was stuffed inside and had great flavoring (I love feta). The fries are fresh cut and seasoned. We tried their falafel appetizer and babaganoush, both tasted great. The service was a little slow, but that’s bc we went at the peak of lunch time, all their tables were full, and they had people for to-go as well. Definitely worth the wait though! I have to go back and try their other entrees.

Great food! Great customer service! From the chicken Tikka and Shawarma to the lamb burger. Everything is delicious with unique flavors. Must also try the Cafe Arabia! Their creamy, smooth, specialty coffee. I have been here a few times and will definitely keep returning. Still eat here on a regular basis and still love their Cafe Arabia.

Great little spot for lunch with pretty good service. The pita for the hummus was undercooked. The grape leaves were good but the rice filling was a bit dry. The lamb bowl was very tasty and quite filling. The ground lamb was seasoned great and amazing. The baklava was also great, super crisp with great flavor and not too sweet. Their Turkish coffee had good flavor and was strong but I have no reference point on authenticity or quality.

1/17/23 update: the lavender limonada set this visit up for a new perspective and boy did it change. The red pepper hummus is delicious, and I was incredibly impressed with the Tunisian chicken (bit spicy, but the aioli helps). The place filled up with UAE troops from Lackland while we were there too, is that a vote of confidence to it’s authenticity? It definitely seemed so! Original review: I’ve had a lot of Mediterranean food, and this experience barely makes it into the top 50% of them. Ordered the gyro platter: The pita is almost like white bread, the gyro has little seasoning, tzatziki and rice good. Salad good. Turkish latte was lukewarm at best. Will not return.

First time at Tripoli’s. The place is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The food is testy and it’s presented in creative ways … We got Beef Shawarma Calzone and Chicken Shawarma Calzone. The chicken one did taste more like chicken cooked in oven with shawarma seasoning on it … but the beef shawarma calzone was really delicious we also got cheese bourak and they were yummy. We got taboulé salad but didn’t like that half of it was lettuce …

I got the appetizer sampler and it was very good. The three stars is more for the service, although the server was pleasant it took her very long to get waters and to even just make the order. Perhaps it was short staff day. I probably will go again and see. I recommend the sampler and my colleague enjoyed the gyro sandwich

Wonderful spot in the San Antonio area for some good food. My wife is very particular when it comes to her Mediterranean food options and Tripolis definitely fits the bill. Nice atmosphere even though we had our food to go, but will definitely sit and enjoy on the next visit

This place is pretty good. The hummus is great. One piece of advice the chicken tikka is extremely spicy and trust me , I eat spicy food all the time. The coffee is good and strong. My personal favorite is the gyro calzone, is to die for. The waiter was very courteous and professional which adds one star extra the the experience. My overall rating is four stars. You wont regret your visit.

Pretty solid and tasty Mediterranean place (4.5 stars). They were out of gyro meat which was disappointing but they substituted lamb kabob which was also really good. The dip trio (hummus, babaganoush, and tzatziki sauce) was also excellent. Friends got the lamb burger and salad with lamb kabob meat and we were all pleased. Only recommendation would be to turn down the music slightly to make it easier to talk.
