I visited the Neil St. Blues restaurant with “fingers crossed” expectations to have a satisfactory dining experience during my first visit. It was beyond satisfying. The menu is easy to read and reasonably priced. My food was well-cooked, well-seasoned, nicely plated, ample serving size, and served freshly hot. The food was tasty and delicious with every bite. I was pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness, spaciousness, and relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant. The music was a good vibe, and the climate (temperature) was comfortable. The service was friendly, attentive, and timely. The high-top and low-top seating options were a welcoming accommodation to my dining experience. The well-lit and scenic outside view enhanced the appeal of the restaurant. My overall dining experience definitely exceeded my “fingers crossed” expectations; it was positive, pleasurable, enjoyable, and demands a future visit. I recommend this restaurant based on the aforementioned reasons.

This restaurant brings the soul! The staff were very professional and pleasant. They have a well stocked bar The food was super delicious, seasoned well and fresh and hot. Just the kind of eating I’m used to.the whole experience was giving. Loved it , plan on coming back and spreading the word. This black owned and women owned business is the real deal if you looking for some real soul food. They even have entertainment Keep it up

Our waitress was Zariah and she was awesome. We had the blues burger and smokin Carolina. Both were just enough of each ingredient. Sometimes places add way too much barbecue sauce and you lose all the other flavors…not this place. I also highly recommend the peach Kentucky mule and coconut crush. We didn’t have time for dessert but we will be back.

This is a gem in the heart of Champaign Illinois downtown. Truly a great place for birthday parties, dates , or just to study. The food is flavorful and comforting. The atmosphere is energetic and ecliptic. Definitely a MUST for tourist or anyone else. Food was so good I forgot to take pictures midway through meals

Neil St. Blues was a great experience to eat at! My server was very welcoming and attentive during the whole meal. I personally ordered the half rack of ribs with sides of mac n cheese and fried okra. The ribs were a little dry but still ok, but the sides were delicious! The mac n cheese was recommended by my server and is worthy of the recommendation but I found the fried okra to be the best side. Next time I visit this establishment I am sure to order a side of okra again. Overall Neil St. Blues was a great experience with delicious food and great service.
