I had read a lot of mixed reviews. Went there for the first time with not a lot of expectations, but always have heard Antlers is a nice place. Not an overly extensive menu and some items are priced steep for a “supper club” style establishment. Menu does have the normal pub/bar food along with several diverse selections. Service for us was good and the food was flavorful. I ordered that nights special of Beef Wellington. The portion size was adequate but on the smaller side. It came with a side of asparagus and finger potatoes, however, it was served on a massive sized dish which made each item look lonely.

Alyssa (hope that’s the right spelling) was a great server for our party of 4; sitting outside on the patio. She was delightful. She was personable and spot on with suggestions. I was in the food service industry a number of years ago. It would have been a great pleasure to have Alyssa on my staff. Aside from a wonder server, Antlers Fireside Grill turned out to be a great place to get caught up with our dear friends…. Portions were perfect and the food was delicious. Management is doing a great job- For sure, we’ll be back. I highly recommend. .

We were visiting Canadian Lakes for the 1st time and Antlers was recommended for us to try. We were told a 1 hour wait for a family of 6 so we decided to wait. There was a group of 8 adults in front of us that was seated right away. We watched parties of 2 and 4 walk in and get seated right away as our family sat and watched each group walk by. I counted over 24 people get seated ahead of us because they had less than 6 people. After waiting 45 minutes they told us it was now going to be a 2 hour wait even though we were the only group in the waiting area. I could tell they wanted us to leave so they extended our wait time. NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT! Only go here if you don’t plan to bring your kids. Try CL Pizza Co next store where families feel welcome.

Food was good. Bill was $20.36 gave the waitress 2 twenty’s and told her I needed $15 back…came back to the table and said I only gave her 1 twenty…not impressed maybe she should major in math and not science…pretty sad…

Restaurant was out of many entrees–it was almost comical, under-poured wine–maybe 2 oz., kitchen was confused over simple requests. Prices have always been high but the quality was worth it. Too expensive now for the experience/food. Used to be a great restaurant. Sad. Waitress was wonderful. Felt bad she had to apologize for so many things she had no control over.

Ordered our food. The iced tea tasted horrible. It took about 40 minutes for our order and asked for one of our dishes and they looked like a deer in headlights. Everything tasted eh. The service was mediocre. We were offered a dessert for free and that too sucked.

Beautiful place. Good food and nice staff. Slow service, forgot refills on waters but really like our server. We had the Chicken Pot Amazing w/ caesar salad and burger with fries. Had a French martini that was very refreshing as well!
