Good food, family run. Probably 1of the 1st, if not the 1st food truck in Waterbury 4over 10yrs. Moderate pricing. I DONT go 2any other truck 2eat. Outdoor seating &parking available. I highly recommend this place all of Waterbury whom may be hungry &craving Mexican food.

I’m glad i finally gave this place a try. We got Tacos a quesadilla and a burrito and they were all really good and not lacking flavor at all like some other places. Ive tried the truck across the street and 2 other taco trucks up the road and didn’t really like the food they were lacking the mexican flavor i grew up on so id definitely recommend this truck if you’re looking for good mexican food and i will definitely be going to this truck only from now on.

So much better than that imposter black truck parked across the street. Also, owner (I’m assuming he’s Hugo) is such a great guy. If you want authentic then go to the White truck. Don’t be fooled by the bells and whistles across the street.

I been going to Hugo’s for 9 years and never been disappointed with the food or the service. I did try the taco place across the street and it was pretty bad, dry tacos with no taste. Hugo’s taco truck have one loyal customer.
