This location has self checkout and I understand the employees frustration with feeling, as if the sub check out was taking away their jobs. However, this location clearly needs self checkout. Every time I visit this location I always have to find an employee to help check me out or wait for at least one to two minutes for someone to come and check me out. So clearly, self check out is needed at this location. However, that is not my issue. My issue is in order to be petty towards customers so they won’t use self check out they refuse to restock the bags at self checkout. I was recently there on September 1st around 12 noon and I asked an older black woman who was behind the register to replace the bags and she said no she knew they were empty.

This is my 1st time purchasing a bowl during lunch time from this particular location(2845 Rolling Rd., Baltimore, MD 21244), I ordered the mash potato bowl because it looked quite appealing & filling might I add, just from looking at the picture on the screen, which all the pictures of Wawa’s bowls seem to look this way, once I received my order, to my surprise, it hardly looked anything like as advertised on the menu of the ordering screen. As you can see in the photo provided, where’s the mash potatoes? To all customers, look at this photo of this bowl, then compare it to the bowls that are advertised on Wawa’s ordering screen in their store, the pic on the right is what’s in the store on the screen, the pic on the left is what it actually looks like after ordering, false advertising at it’s best. I’ll definitely be sticking with Sheetz & Royal Farms from this point on.

This is the only location in the DC, Pennsylvania, Maryland area that always have bad attitudes and take forever to complete your order. It does not surprise me that all of the other special order requests that are done at all the other WAWA was it took the funny shaped, Knappy headed black female “manager” to be nasty and make sure they could not accommodate my request talking about she works every day but that is impossible nobody works 365 days a year. Plus you don’t work every shift. Bmore people be out of pocket. . I did not drive up to this store at 4 AM from eight miles away to be treated like this and not get what I wanted.
