I ordered a large tray of penne vodka and a large tray of chicken parm for delivery for a party. The food arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. The chicken was cut into smaller pieces which was great for having a party opposed to have to cut into pieces. The food was delicious and came with pre-sliced italian bread. Side note- I also really love their eggplant rollatini!

Ordered a wrap from here tonight that was supposed to have “fried eggplant” on it. Upon receiving it we could immediately see that the eggplant looked to be either grilled or baked which was upsetting enough. The 1 star however is for the total lack of customer service we received when calling back. We explained that we hated to complain as we order from them once a week but did not receive what we expected. The woman on the phone proceded to be defensive and say that is how they make it and how they have made it for 20 years. We explained that advertising it as “fried” was a little deceptive and asked if they would be willing to swap it out (we offered to give back the one we wouldn’t be eating). After checking, she then stated “he” was “not willing to take it back” and told us that we could order something else but would be charged. Really disappointed to have paid $16 for a wrap we did not eat and shown such unwillingness to help after we have ordered from them so frequently.

Haven’t been enjoying red moon lately so figured I would get some subs from you guts first off who puts subs in Styrofoam makes for a soggy cold sandwich secondly could you spare some sauce? Suppose to be a meatball parm and a veal parm.we split the veal but didn’t eat the meatball was not tasty at all

Alex’s Cucina catered my grandson’s Baptism reception. They were so accommodating and a pleasure to work with through several changes to the menu. The food arrived promptly and it was delicious and plentiful! We will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with this place! The food was excellent very well cooked! I had buffalo wings that were super crispy and tasty not breaded and great flavor. And I had a cauliflower pizza with the veggie primavera on it and no cheese and it was excellent! Can’t wait to go back with my mom so she can try their ricotta cheesecake something that’s very hard to find and looked really well made.

Decided to try them out since Nonno’s is closed for the holidays. One plain pie and one white with broccoli. When my son picked it up, they charged $40!!! According to their menu online it should have been tops $29.90. Reading reviews now, and someone had same exact problem 2 months ago with same BS story that they are currently updating their prices. How long does it take to provide accurate pricing to customers? This is fraudulent business practice. You should honor the prices posted. It’s not like they’re not aware as they were notified at least 2 months ago by someone else. Crooks! Pizza was mediocre at best. Will never order from here again.
