My cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches were not freshly made. They were dry and cold and my Onion rings were over cooked. I would rather wait a little longer to get my food hot and get it fresh and moist instead of dried and reheated. I’m tired of all our fast food places not making food fresh when ordered anymore. I know It takes longer to get it…but it will taste better be moist not dry and I can get it home still hot.

Just moved here so it’s our first time here…. ….. had to repeat our order 4x for them to get it correct. That should have been the first hint….we live around the corner as in 2 minutes away, food was lukewarm at best, tots half fried ….. guess I shouldn’t have been terribly shocked though due to the conditions of the outside of the building and parking lot and broken menu boards. This is the worst looking filthy Sonic I have ever seen.

I got a chicken dinner combo for 9.59and got fries that look like they were left over off someone else’s plate my Texas toast was as flat as flat could be looks like it’s been reheated and sitting under a heat lamp the chicken looks ok not the best but if that wasn’t bad enough I ordered a Frito chilie pie that was only a half of a footlong holder and got charged 4.99 i don’t know about everyone but i work hard for my money and when i tret myself to eating out and i get trash like this it really upsets a person so im really disapointed

I’m not sure what happen with sonic but they use to make their food look like the picture their advertising, I first bought Buffalo Wings last week and it barely had sauce. Thought it might’ve just been messed up, order BBQ this time… I guess they don’t know what the picture on the menu looks like. Are these not supposed to be tossed or dipped into the sauce?
