I was attending my grandsons baseball game. I live in NC and was in NY to visit. This was important to me because I never get to see him play. He was playing two games this day. I ordered from the app so I could get there between games. I sent my parking number when I got there and had to wait anyway. Got my food and rushed back. Started handing out food and realized I was missing half of my order. I called and the manager said she was sorry and they had a lot of new people. She told me to come back and she’d have it ready, also that my order would be free. I went back and went inside as she requested. Another manager was there and she said she had the information and they would get it ready. It was supposed to already be ready!! After waiting about 10 more minutes I got the rest of my order. I asked her if my order would be free like the other manager said and she said ‘probably not’!! I told her about missing the game and she just stood there looking at me. I told her that was not right and left. By the time I got back I had missed 3 of the 5 innings of my grandson’s game!! As I was eating my Crispy Chicken sandwich I noticed some hard pieces. When I looked down at my sandwich there was a large black spot in my chicken!! This was disgusting and I couldn’t eat anymore!! I’ll NEVER go back there again! Not only did I miss the game it costs a lot of money for gas!!

Just another mcdonalds that closes its lobby 30 minutes before its supposed to and 2 staff are eating in the lobby and tell me its closed while the sign on the wall clearly says dining room hours are until 11 pm. Bad job mcdonalds there are people who walk to eat and ur leaving em outside

They’re so unorganized here and makes so much mistakes. You wait for almost a half-hour to get all you burgers wrong with cold fries. No exaggeration. I understand it’s busy, but come on it’s a the screen. I ask for xtra onions, no onions, tomatoes on McChicken, no tomatoes. I got a Mchicken with loaded mayo and 3 strands of lettuce. My double quarter ponder, for get it, I fed it to my dog instead, at least he enjoys it. Everyone inside the restaurant was so frustrated, including the Uber and grub hubs folks. The staff is too busy laughing and talking to each other. I don’t care if do, as long as my order is correct. McDonald’s isn’t cheap no more. I want my money right. I know it’s McDonald’s, but come on…..I was not Mchappy, I am Mcunsatisfied. They got me feeling like a Karen!!

this place is absolutley amazingthe food is high qualirty the workers are talwnted in their craft ans kind overall. i highly reccomendthus mcdonalds. i usually hate mcdonalds but they got my order right ans the fries were crispy. i recommend the orange juice it hits different for some reason. so great. the smoothing and mcdlurry maxhines always work too which is rare for mcdonalds.
