Made my order online. Went to pick up my order and asked the cashier if my order was ready. She said a couple min. I specifically gave her my name. I waited in the wingstop and asked them again they said someone already picked up my order. I had to wait an extra +45 min for my order to be ready. It was a terrible experience.

I visited this location yesterday with my daughter ordered Wings was promised that it will take 30 minutes I waited over 45 minutes the crew was standing around talking no one was assisting us when our order finally was ready I was told by an individual that they were waiting on one piece of chicken yet this could have been communicated to me instead of having us wait and I had other things and errands to run which made me late I work in a restaurant industry this was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever encountered from a staff I will not be visiting this location in the future I hope that the team gets training on how to deal with customer service and communicate with the customer and providing great service I’m sure the store manager will not be pleased to see this review and before I in this review when our order finally came to us the chicken was cold the fries were cold and were disgusting we were not giving napkins whatsoever just all around bad service

I doordash and I pick up personally on the doordash aspect anytime I see Gabriel and Mikey I know my food will be ready on a personal side when I order food Gabriel and Mike you’re so professional and their crew is always organized and the restaurant is clean food is very expensive but I don’t mind spending my money for the type of service I get at the Wingstop on Bear valley and Hesperia when Gabriel and Mikey are working I’m not putting the rest of the workers down in the daytime but for some reason when I see Gabriel and I see Mikey everything is perfect
