The ONLY reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they were once called Ethel’s Snack Shack. Located in walking distance from SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY and A&M College. I ate here all the time as an undergrad. My first time going was when my advisor and some of the other students he looked out for went there for lunch back in 2011. The food is ALWAYS amazing. I’m just still salty about the move because they were apart of SU History. One of my classmate’s parents had their first date in undergrad like in the 80s. Anyway, I’m ordering a plate to go now lol! Go and check them out. Good soul food!

Food was decent but $11.00 for a lunch plate carry out with no drink is kinda high .wouldn’t be so bad if the servings were larger. The place is nice tho. But it wasn’t worth the money I won’t be going back.
