I have been to many Colombian restaurants across the US, and so far this one has been the best one I have visited, all from the beautiful decor, atmosphere, great customer service and delicious food, I highly recommend this restaurant, the only reason I don’t 5 star it is because there is always room for improvement.

Glad I finally made the trip to this restaurant. Very pleased with the presentation, quality of food and service by our waitress Angie. While I can appreciate a hole in the wall type place every once in a while, it was truly refreshing to visit a Colombian restaurant that is not a hole in the wall or questionable in a sanitary sense. This place has accomplished what very few other Colombian restaurants have attempted here in California. I recommend blocking out all the negative noise from some of the other reviews here. Come see and try it for yourself. As a former resident of Bogotá I approve of this restaurant.

Such a shame our experience. Our food and server were good! HOWEVER, a lack of proper management. The menu clearly states $22 for a bottle of wine so we were like great deal let’s get. Fast forward to the bill, we were charged $40 so we brought it to our servers attention. She then says she will speak with the manager and when she comes back there was no change made!! The manager did not acknowledge their clear mistake and didn’t even come over to address the issue. The server just tried to justify that it was imported, which we could care less of. What also sucks is that we looked up the bottle and it was $13! Very inappropriate and upsetting management which has now discouraged us from coming back.

We were the 2nd group to arrive for lunch on a busy weekend. We decided to come here because the Pier were too crowded. After an hour and a half our order never came. The place were pack and people who came after us already left and the next thing we knew they forgot ours. I asked the guy for our order and he said because our food needs sometime ( I ordered the same food the table next to me were eating and who came 30mins after us.) then the guy asked me right away so…. What’s your order? (You just told me our food takes time and you don’t know what’s our order?) ♀️ then he came to apologize. Another 30mins the one plate came and the two kids with us were so hungry they almost chew each other.(The waitress asked, what else are you waiting?!) I’m like EVERYTHING.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the bill here. The menu very clearly says that a bottle of cabernet wine is $22 however, when the bill arrived the charge was $40. We asked our server, pointed to the menu that clearly indicates a different price and explained that we never would have ordered a bottle had we known the price was practically double. Our server apologized, went to go speak with the manager and then came back saying that there was nothing she could do and explained that it was imported and this was the new price. The server again apologized and we ultimately, reluctantly paid because it was not worth more of a fight but this is incredibly inappropriate and even more disappointing that the manager never came over with an effort to resolve the issue or even an apology of their own. I would be more understanding if a manager came over to speak with us but to just send the server back to try to justify the price with some sort of line about it being imported is incredibly irresponsible (mind you I looked up the bottle and it retails for $13).

Great place to get authentic Colombian Food that is made from scratch. The flavors are unmistakably from fresh ingredients and the juices and dessert are also refreshingly real – I highly recommend the Soursop (Guanabana)!!
