Horrible customer service. Can barely hear the lady over the speaker, she continued to mumble at the window to the point where I didn’t even know what my total was. Both ladies at the window had a standoff and cold demeanor. Not to mention the lady at the window kept coughing without covering her face. My food was cold and disgusting. My iced coffee was something my toddler could of made at home. And the donut was dry and crusty. How is this location still open? Will NOT be going back and wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time paying a visit. Good luck!

My drink, I was not impressed and I couldn’t drink it. This was a first for me as Dunkin is my favorite. Tasted like chemicals. The other 2 drinks were good. 2 of the 3 food items I ordered were out but they replaced them with other items. I wanted regular stuffed bagels. They replaced with everything. They were cold. I will return but maybe just for coffee and donuts, since I never seem to be able to get the food items I order online. Staff had good customer service and was willing to fix what they couldn’t supply.

Person taking our order was very rude. I ordered a breakfast taco. I asked for it without sour cream. Her response was that it doesn’t have sour cream on it. When I received my breakfast taco (only one for $2.79, not the 2 in the picture) it did not have any eggs in it as pictured on the menu board. It was just corn and some creamy sauce. It did not look appetizing at all. I asked for a refund and was told that they didn’t give refunds, even though it looked nothing like advertised. She took it back and said she would have them add eggs to it. As they had it in the back, I watched the person making it set it on the bare counter, she then preceded to pick something up off of the floor and then touched my food

This Dunkin has the potential to be great but alas it is not so. Bavarians: light, delicate texture, good amount of custard filling, barely any powder sugar. I asked if they could give them some powder sugar love and was told “No can do.” Every powdered sugar item in case had less than bare minimum dusting. The woke, rainbow sprinkled donut (.30 extra) was all hype – and sprinkles. I ordered a dragon fruit lemonade – something I have at least once a week (not at this store) and I must have looked like I was on a diet because it was so watered down I wondered what I paid 7.59 for. The mango, pineapple lemonade was too sweet so there’s that. Anyway, could have been great, but was just okay.

Dunkin’, the croissant (bacon & egg) the best. But here I go, 1st off this is the 2nd location i have visited & just like the other location (Rice St. in Little Canada, Mn.) Always get my orders messed up. Had to go back 2xx to get my order corrected at the other location. And this 1 was the same ordered & got to my destination & order was wrong. Reached out to the manager of the store (on Rice St.) & no-one EVER got back in touch with me. So I refuse to go back to that 1 & now this location has done the same thing by messing up my order.

Waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. When we finally got our sandwiches they were both cold to the touch. They forgot to make our coffee so we had to wait another 5 minutes. Worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had.

I waited 15 mins for my bagel and egg with hash brown order. It was very apparent that they valued the drive thru over in-store orders. I finally get my order just to be given a very toasted bagel and a COLD egg … wow. No way … disgusting! Never returning to this location again!
