Ask for lettuce and tomato didn’t get it. Ask for mayonnaise on both sides of bread was told that they do that no mayonnaise, no onions I ask for, my 1 st time eat there very disappointed in firehouse. I wanted to try something different other than Jersey Mike’s but looks like Jersey Mike’s wins. Even for price what I paid at Firehouse and got nothing on sub I can a bigger n thicker sub with what I want for same price. So no more firehouse for me or my family. They SUCK.

Firehouse is amazing when they get it right! I tried the potato soup awhile ago and loved it ! This time was a big no. I was able to get two little chunks of potato from the whole cup. Can’t say it’s potato soup if you don’t have no potatoes in there. Silly bucket heads. Let do better next time

Horrible experience @ Merritt Island location. Order for 3 people one order was wrong and I called regarding, drove back and reordered, got home again and order made wrong again. Return to the store and worker said, his manager told him “he can’t make my order again to refund me my money. Spoke with manager and he refuses to correct their 2 incorrect order that they made wrong or apologize for his disrespect. Poor customer service and skills. They need to educated their workers and manager about customer service skills. All workers need to return for training. Poor service.
