This is such an amazing place. The ceviche was the best I have ever had anywhere. Everything about this place is absolutely amazing! I am travelling through the area and would drive 4 hours just to eat here again.

I love Pacifico! Sitting on the porch is so lovely with a great view over a grassy green field up to Main Street. I used to live in Mexico and was happy to see some familiar items on the menu that you don’t often see at Mexican restaurants here, such as molletes and the “Paloma” beverage… (ah… memories…!) The staff was friendly and helpful and our taquitos were delicious. The restaurant was bustling without being overcrowded. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Pollo Rio and shrimp tacos at Pacifico in downtown Burnsville. Excellent food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

First the name is misleading! They are not a seafood restaurant! Yes they have a very limited Seafood menu. We had little option but to order Mexican. The chips were very greasy and a little stale. Dip sauces were very spicy and appear watered down. The white cheese sauce to replace the former was very loose, bland and an extra $4.50,, for a little dish.

This was our second dinner and except for the ceviche the best I can say about our dinner is it was hot. We ordered the fajitas for 2 and to start with the corn tortillas served with the meal were too few a a bit stale. The fajita mix consisted of burnt (reheated) beef strips, 3 shrimp, and pieces of ham. The veggies were abundant and cooked well. The black beans were runny and only on one of our plates while the other plate had rice. We had to ask for a for a knife and fork and my partner had to remind our server to bring his water. We really were disappointed in the whole experience and will not be eating there again. Sorry guys but I think I’ll head to Taco Bell next time.

Awesome place. Been here twice now and everything I’ve gotten has been stellar. Everything tastes super authentic and is beautifully seasoned. Two menus with lots of traditional dishes, as well as some things suited for more tame palates. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Great addition to Burnsville’s food scene! On a Friday night in July, while many places had long waits, we got right in at Pacifico. The new deck is great! Ambiance was relaxed and comfortable. The blue menu in the pics is their seafood menu, which features fare from multiple Latin American countries. But they also have a “Mexican Favorites” menu, which I just uploaded pics of. I had the ceviche, my wife had the fish tacos and our daughter had a quesadilla. Everything was excellent. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Pure slop….we went last month it was good ..last night slop…cerviche was terrible, looked like crumb up shrimp, no fish in the dish, then we ordered flahitas for 2, served burnt, vegetables were cut into squares, prep cook doesn’t know how to cut onion’s and peppers, a pan full of veggies barely any meat, the meat was slivers of rock hard burnt meat…2 plates with very little soupy beans and cold rice…the menus had no prices…..wasn’t worth it, get a new cook….we will not be returning to this dump…another restaurant that won’t last long in Burnsville. Oh yeah 3 little dried out tortillas….over priced…. don’t waste your money, stomach ached all night… terrible tasting hot spicy salsa….

We had lunch here on 7/13/23 and were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, served hot and the service was good. We will definitely be back. Glad to have another dining option in Burnsville.

Oh my goodness! What a fantastic lunch my sister in law and I had. I wish I could remember the name of the dish, but it was steak, avocado, and crema on toast. I can’t wait to go back and try the seafood served on a pineapple dish.
