They used to be great. Now my salads have less ingredients. They look like they are made of leftovers. I once got five dried cranberries on a salad. Just five. If you order any sandwich that comes with bacon you get two thin strips. We ordered extra bacon (and was charged for it) and received one slimy undercooked piece of bacon. At this point we feel we are wasting our money and won’t be back. It’s very obvious they are cutting back on ingredients and proportions but not changing the prices or descriptions of the menu items. False advertising. It’s a shame because like I said, this place used to be great.

My wife and I stopped at McAlister’s and were extremely pleased with both the food and service during lunch. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received our food with the establishment being at capacity. The large selections of sandwiches and salads are impressive!

My family really enjoys McAlister’s food. It’s fresher and less processed than a lot of other options in the area and most items really are delicious. I’ve given this particular location several visits over the last year at the drive-thru and for in-store takeout, and there hasn’t been a single time my orders have been complete or correct. I’m ordering for no more than 3-5 people at a time, but something is always wrong or missing, whether I order at the drive-thru or from the mobile app. The staff at this location is friendly and the inside of the restaurant is always clean, but the management or ownership of this location clearly does not care whether anyone is working with attention to detail or accuracy. Usually I’m missing one or two small things. Tonight my order was missing an entire side dish, a drink, two extra salad dressings that I was charged for, and half the toppings for a baked potato. I couldn’t not leave a review after that. Especially since I have also had inappropriate substitutions made for items they were sold out of. Once, they were out of potato chips so they simply put a bag of Cheetos or cheddar Sun Chips or something similar and covered in cheese powder in as the side hoping it wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately that side was for someone in my family with a severe dairy allergy, so it was useless to us and we didn’t get a chance to choose a proper alternative or simply ask for a price adjustment on the meal for a missing side. Bottom line: for what they charge and for how long you wait for the food, this location just isn’t cutting it with accuracy.

I used to love coming here for sweet tea. I’d come multiple times a week. Unfortunately sometimes that meant waiting in the drive thru for up to 20-30 mins just for a drink. So I’ve started going in to order my drink. The last 4 or 5 times I’ve come, the tea tastes bad. Almost like mold, not switched out, or maybe the canister is not being cleaned? Or maybe they’ve switched to instant tea? It’s kind of disappointing.

Super nice environment! Waitress and staff were very helpful with explaining the menu! Menu has a variety of choices for a sandwich deli! Mac and cheese was delicious! Lemonade with black cherry flavor was amazing! Portion size is great for what you are paying!
