My friend ordered on the app so we got a very good deal. Double meat cheeseburgers in Texas toast and tots. Our food was hot and fresh. She ordered her w/o onions and mine with onions and the order was made correctly. It was Happy Hour so we got our drinks at 1/2 price. I was happy that when she pulled up the drink menu and selected ice tea that it has an option to select 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade which is what I like. Kudos to the entire staff and crew for this very pleasant dining experience. That being said, I can assure you that the next time we make a trip to Houma we will eat at this location again! Thank you so much!

Food is good, but 9 times out of 10 the fries are cold and hard, almost as if they’ve been microwaved. Burgers normally hot and perfect, but my visit today, I got a cold burger with a stale bun. Great place most days.

It was the worst visit I have had. I should have checked the food before I left. I ordered a #7 with tots, and a large root beer buddy ordered a #6 with chilly tots and mozzarella sticks. He didn’t get mozzarella sticks. I didn’t get a tot, and the root beer was water. The hot dogs and chilling tots looked like the chill had been burnt and was covered in grease! I really like Sonic, but this store is the second time something like this has happened.

I order a drink and snack here almost every afternoon. Today the app is not working which offers half-price drinks. I asked if I could still have the half price drink ordering in person since the app isn’t working. I was told no. Very disappointing. Generally the food from one Sonic to the next is relatively the same or very close to it. I have no complaints about the food at this location but the wait is quite long. Maybe hiring a few more car hops or an extra cook might help. It’s always a busy location which is not a bad thing. I just think they need a few more employees.
