I’ve been consistently ordering from this Teriyaki Madness location since Covid hit in 2020, and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, hot, and quality, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Is it AAA-grade Japanese Faire? No. It’s fast food, so don’t expect amazing things, but it is worlds better than your typical teriyaki joint at your local mall as well.

We tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time this evening. We picked up from the location on Moorland. The woman at the counter, Tanya, was so helpful and kind. She pointed out all of our options and made great suggestions. Her customer service made us want to come back even before we tried the food, which was delicious! We took our food to go and it was still hot and tasty by the time we got home and ate. Definitely recommend this spot!

Stopped in at the Moreland Rd. Location after seeing it across from the hotel we are staying at. Was pleasantly met by one of their absolutely most helpful, knowledgeable and sweet employees you could ever ask to meet and have taking care of you. Tanya, Steve and Jackie were all so helpful and happy and nice! Made the whole transaction a true experience unlike any I’ve ever had within the fast food industry. Thanks guys! This rating is based solely on the cost and greed of the company. The workers here are wonderful! And the food taste terrific! But that doesn’t give teriyaki madness the right to overcharge people for small portions. My total always comes to $25 here including tip, and the food fits in a medium sized container.
