Ordered for delivery. Got a call saying that they were cancelling my order because their driver went home already and the store was already clean. I’ve worked food service so I know that this is not an excuse to not make food while they’re still open. If they don’t deliver after a certain time they need to list that on the site and not allow delivery orders to be placed after that time.

When I moved to Capitola 2 years ago the service was fantastic and I ordered from here every other week. I started to notice the service started to go down a few months ago and after todays order I will stop using Dominos as my go to for pizza. I ordered pineapple and pepperoni and it looks like they added the pineapple after finishing baking the pizza with just pepperoni. Did someone forget?? And they also did NOT include glaze with my cinnamon twists.

I ordered carry out through their app and the order was ready for pickup after 15 minutes. While the person helping me seemed new, I only waited a few minutes and then I was out the door with my order. Food was as expected of a fast food pizza place. I’m very impressed by their turnaround time. I would definitely order from this location again.

Overall not the worst tasting pizza and a fine price. But the last Two times I’ve ordered, they’ve made my order wrong. Not going to be ordering again, even though they offered a free pizza to make up for it. Not worth risking having it be wrong again. I’m picky, so I like when it’s made right. Otherwise I don’t enjoy it.

I have tried many times to give this dominos the benefit of the doubt, but it is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced the last 3 times I’ve ordered. First – delivery order came 90 minutes after expected arrival, pizza was cold and smashed. Second – delivery order never arrived. When I called I was told by the “manager” Julian that my order was delivered to the wrong address. But no phone call, and no offer to make it better. Then he hung up on me. Tonight – placed an order for curbside pickup. Despite the county mask mandate, the person inside was not wearing a mask at all. And the person who brought it to my car wore his mask around his chin. I have pictures and will be reporting to the health department. This is an awful place with terrible service.

I have been ordering from this Domino’s location for over 20 years. I really enjoy their pizza and I’m usually happy. However, last Saturday I tried to redeem a coupon I “earned” for a free medium pizza, but after wasting over 3/4 of an hour online, I still couldn’t redeem it, so I called, and Manager Mike made it clear that he couldn’t help me (or wouldn’t help), so my husband ordered pizza from a different restaurant.

I’m impressed! This was my first time ordering Domino’s delivery in over 10 years. I regret not doing it sooner! The delivery was faster than any other pizza place in the area. The online ordering system is INCREDIBLY easy and customizable. The pizza far exceeded my taste expectations the taste of what I’ve been getting at other local places. This Domino’s will be my default pizza place from now on. Well worth the delivery charge. Keep up the good work and I will keep ordering!

Online orders shutdown around 8:30 despite the restaurant being open until 10, probably because of an inundation of orders but uhhhh still getting cucked out of Pizza at 8:50 when the place closes at 10pm feels pretty bad…
